What's the story with your Avira, or in other words what all is Avira doing? Live anti-virus plus firewall all built into one or do you have a separate firewall? I'm only asking because you should probably try eliminating different possibilities one-by-one. I said previously that a Chrome update could have caused a conflict with Avira, but if you're still having problems when using Firefox, then it's possible that a Windows update has been the initial trigger. Either way, I'd probably try uninstalling Avira just to see what happens.

A packed house for the Hibs game on Friday night would be brilliant, especially if there were loads of protest banners and anti-board chants. Unfortunately, the arseholes currently running the Club would probably somehow manage to spin it via lies and bullshit PR that the fans are backing them.

Sadly, you bunch of incompetent clowns (specifically Somers & the Easdales) masquerading as a Board of Rangers Football Club will no doubt be back in attendance at other matches before you're forced to feed off, but if you have a shred of dignity left or even just an ounce of self-respect left, you'll do the right thing and just stay away.

Laudbertz, try disabling hardware acceleration. To disable it type "chrome:settings" in the address bar, click Advanced Settings, then uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available" under the System header. Close all open Chrome browser instances and restart Chrome. . If that doesn't help, then another possibility is that a recent automatic update to Chrome has caused a conflict with Avira Antivirus. The easy way to check that one is to completely uninstall Avira, reboot and try Chrome again.

Cheers mate, that makes sense. The one on the far left is an example of what I was talking about with their having been older versions of the current design, but with different thicknesses of diagonal stripe, in that case, thinner stripes.
