I have had a look through this thread also read comments on other forums on the subject. As usual it's "club should make a stand/ tell SFA to get stuffed" "players should not play for Scotland" etc. Yet the same posters will fall over themselves to buy tickets for games at Hampden.

The report, published earlier this month, concluded that the Scottish government should consider making it a criminal offence to run on to a football pitch. Fans entered the pitch at Hampden after Hibernian won their first Scottish Cup in 114 years. Thousands of Hibs fans jumped the barriers at the final whistle and a number of Rangers fans also came on to the pitch. The pitch invasion delayed the presentation of the trophy and there was no lap of honour by Hibs players. Rangers players were not able to pick up their cup final medals. Alleged rule breach in relation to Hibernian In that at the above match you failed to adhere to the Cup Competition Rules, specifically Rule 28 of the Rules of The Scottish Cup. That at the above match damage was sustained to Hampden Stadium, being the stadium where the Scottish Cup Final was played, as a consequence of misbehaviour by supporters of your Club. That the misbehaviour by your supporters occurred at the conclusion of the above match, whereby a number of your supporters carried out an incursion onto the pitch, and thereafter remained upon the pitch until cleared by Police Scotland and Stewards. Sky News has learnt that the Investor Forum, which was set up in 2013 following a review instigated by Sir Vince Cable, will make its first-ever statement following protracted efforts to engage with the high street chain's independent directors. The Investor Forum's intervention will signal a ‎major escalation of hostilities between the City and the company led by controversial tycoon Mike Ashley. Sources said the ‎Forum would express bitter disappointment that Sports Direct had failed to act on repeated warnings about investors' concerns, and would urge shareholders to consider carefully whether to support a board which had failed to deliver meaningful reform. Sports Direct is due to hold its annual general meeting on September 7, with many City institutions ‎saying they will oppose the re-election of several board members. Legal & General Investment Management, the single-biggest investor‎ in blue-chip UK companies, has voted against the company's chairman, Keith Hellawell, for the last two years, with a larger revolt next month now inevitable. The intensifying row ‎follows months of damaging revelations about Sports Direct, including the disclosure that it was effectively paying many workers below the minimum wage, with MPs who investigated the company accusing it of being run like a "Victorian workhouse". Sports Direct said last week‎ that RPC, a law firm, would conclude a report on working practices at the company ahead of the AGM. That's just a picture from Google. But if you watch any of their teams in Europe you will see the banner which I think says "prisoners back to the homeland". Should also add that the basque flag appears at every game with no problems.

I understand the Scottish Government legislation OBAF. But why for example when a Basque club play the banner below is shown but no action taken? If no slogans are used is it ok to fly Palestinian flag?

Why is the Palestinian flag banned as its seen as political but not the Israeli flag ? Both were on display by fans at Parkhead.
