  1. Are these competitions held on the same dates?
  2. Because you're shite at them or because it's getting to the end of the season and teams are beginning to take their foot off the gas making coupoons a tad unpredictable?
  3. Jean Pierrie Papin. Class!
  4. Yup, Sheff Utd upto 2nd after that win today. Hard not to have a wee smirk at that result today.
  5. I see WS playing them both as strikers to confuse the Murderwell defenders! I do think it'll be 2-0 but fuck knows the scorers.
  6. 2-0 Rangers. Weir and Dailly.
  7. Apparently they got a "yellow card" for the boozing sesh back at Cameron House and then a further "yellow card" for their antics during the game against Iceland. Two yellows make a "red card" according to Gordon Smith.
  8. Does seem a bit strange though.......
  9. Only if he either.......... A) Flicks it at Burley or B) Eats it.
  10. Thank fuck. I was getting bored of the constant media "exclusives" being brandished across the front and back pages of shitty tabloids.
  11. Naismith is a quality player, no doubts about it but he has struggled since returning from injury. Again, I think WS should take some responsibility for this as he's chopping and changing things and Naismith seems to be the one getting punted from the 1st team into the reserves. WS will never drop/rest Davis as dropping another senior player from our midfield may prove suicidal. OK, he has been poor but dropping another international midfielder for an unproven and untested player in Aaron woldn't be the correct choice at this time in the season. Anyway, WS hasn't done it so far this season so he won't start now! WS seems content on sitting back on leads and hoping we can see the game out. I believe we should be going for the kill and taking another 1 or 2 goals off opponents. You just know WS gets the team in at HT and tells the players to sit back, keep it tight and don't give anything away rather than telling them to start the 2nd half off looking to get another goal.
  12. What a surprise! I don't get it though, he picked up the booking that took him over the points thresh-hold on April 8th yet his 1 game ban doesn't kick in until the 3rd of May?
  13. Interesting! I never knew that. I'll pass onto him your regards next time I see him. :fish:
  14. He a copper?
  15. Who was the ref?
  16. Celtic game it is then!
  17. He's some bad luck regarding injuries but truth be told we've not really missed him. He's not done much at all when fit and it's only been the last few weeks the fans have been asking for him to be given another chance but only because we've been shown absolutely nothing else from the other players. I wouldn't miss him if he was to leave in the summer.
  18. He was about 3 or 4 weeks ago although I don't know what his status is at present.
  19. Just remembered about the save from Dossena. I actually thought you messed up and meant to put a Chelsea players name in. My bad! Dossena was shite as was Lucas as was Gerrard. I'm surprised Gerrard never dived to try and get a penalty once Liverpool went 3-1 down. There's still the 2nd leg.
  20. We've bought enough of the run of the mill SPL standard players and it's not getting us anywhere fast. Time to look further a-field.
  21. If WS decides to play Dailly at LB when we have a natural LB in Stevie Smith then that'll be the decision that turns a lot of fans away from renewing STs. I wait with anticipation what selection WS goes with on Saturday, although I bet it doesn't include Stevie Smith.
  22. Reina saved from Dossena? Did he nearly score an own goal? Liverpool were poor or maybe it was Chelseas performance that made Liverpool poor. Either way, Chelsea deserved to win last night.
  23. 2-1 Chelski. Deserved!
  24. Aye, cracking game indeed. Drogba needs a good hiding off the Chelsea players for missing those chances! Vidic is the best CB in the Premiership.
  25. You never needed to check the thread out.
