    I don't agree with that. I'd rather see Ferguson squirm, plead and made to work hard in training for his 1st team place back rather than walk straight back in which will probably happen.

Alexander is a more than adequate replacement. So has Ferguson been stripped of the captaincy and transfer listed or just suspended without pay for a few weeks/games? Out of interest, who were the other players who stayed up drinking with Ferguson and McGregor?
