Barca play a negative style of football? Hmmmm. Heard it all now! When defending, what teams don't put 9 or 10 players behind the ball to either shut up shop or to gain possession back? When they're on the attack, their players flood forward to support the player with the ball. We're lucky, when attacking if there's 2 people in the box to pass to. We're lucky if 4 players cross the halfway line to support the forwards. If Barca play negative football we must play the most defensive and negative style ever.

I'm sure I read or was told that if Rangers won the treble then the players would each receive a bonus of 100k. Being level on points or being 3 points ahead or being 3 points behind in the league is all very well and at the end of the day points win prizes but every so often I'd like Rangers to go out onto the pitch and put on a performance that makes the fans go home happy. At present, WS is totally unable to do that. He's unable to get 3 points at home to ICT, a bottom of the league side when we played them. We are shite, but I think a decent manager would have us playing decent football and not going into games with the tactic "I'd rather play for a draw and get one than play for a win and get beat". We have a good team give or take a few fuckin' diddies but it's the tactics that are bringing us down. I know what I prefer! Look at Newcastle under Keegan 1st time round. Anyway, do you now think that he has realised that his uber defensive and boring team tactics aren't working and he'll ditch them for another more attacking tactic and team selection? Nah, me neither! Defensive at home against weaker teams, defensive away from home against weaker teams and defensive in cup finals where it's a one off game. It's not acceptable but it's become the norm these days. How Naismith was left out of the squad yesterday is an unbelieveable decision to make considering he's arguably our best striker, if of course, he's played in that position. It's not a given these days! Kenny Misser is a joke of a player. His selection policy is mind boggling. Fucked off and fed up.
