  1. I think Liverpool should see about getting they're away leg moved from Hafia. After all the trouble in Israel lately. That should help Liverpool as Hafia have normally been good at home, seem to remember a few shock results over the years. Hearts definetley dodged a bullet in this draw. Still going to be real tough for them but its just about the best they could have hoped for. If they get through then they're luck will run out when it comes to the draw. They should be pot 4 i assume
  2. Still to hear from the guy who runs our bus about tickets. Normally he's been in touch a week before. So am starting to get worried i dont have one. Its annoying am normally first choice when it comes to away tickets. But i did hear there was a problem with issuing tickets, anyone know? Going to phone the guy tonight.
  3. Am glad Dundee United has been targeted. I was considering boycotting it anyhow. A few times i have been in they're fair play stand and for me (being a tall guy) it hurts you're legs to try and sit down on they're small wooden seats. One time basically our whole section stood up, me and a few other guys had a shouting match with the stewards, but its to no avail obviously. For too long other clubs have been getting away with exploiting our good travelling support. We all know they charge cheaper for other teams visiting and they're own fans. Top that with crap accomodtion, its not on
  4. Yes its only a friendly, but u cant help but laugh:D
  5. Am not saying its a bad song at all, i love it! But the version played at Ibrox is cringe worthy. That along with most of the songs are. The versions i have (and probably most bears) get the hairs on the back of the neck standing especially the blue sea of ibrox
  6. Rangers probably made £200k on saturday for the Boro friendly! I hope it gets sorted out soon
  7. Great post Cammy. I'm in the same camp as yourself. Everyone is watching and just waiting for us to get hammered for it, lets not give them anything. We always beat them on the park so lets beat them off it too.
  8. Its another Rangers song on the tannoy, so for me its a plus. It will hopefully encourage more to sing actual Rangers songs. The versions of Every other saturday and blue sea of ibrox they play over the tannoy is awful. The start of every other saturday sounds like the proclaimors
  9. Seem to be contrasting articles going about. Andy Devlin in the Sun is more negative about our performance.
  10. Dont know if its been posted but here is a radio link for the game. mms://a961.l609520960.c6095.g.lm.akamaistream.net/D/961/6095/v0001/reflector:20960
  11. What do they have to do before Murray defends us? Cammy got it spot on, a minor story about Bain and he defends him. Yet continued lies just to slander RFC and its fans and the usual "silence" stance is taken. These lies are spat out so much that people actually start to genuinley believe them. The media say these things cause they know they get away with it. Celtic's PR dept attack those who slander them. And our PR dept? Do we even have one? Enough is enough 'Mr' Murray
  12. Bolton will be coming up to Glasgow to play a closed door match. I presume at Murray Park. It might be quite short notice to arrange policing etc. But why dont they re-arrange it at Ibrox?? Bolton are coming up anyway. They could even put it on our season ticket.....or is that asking too much?
  13. Well as long as he doesnt play in any European competition for Vienna then we wont be rushed. But by the sounds of it he is desperate to come. Hopefully he forces they're hand as i think we need a striker.
  14. Am not going either. Mainly because I need to keep my money but £19 is way too much!

  16. Well personally i think its worth it. Thats just me! I am into american sports and already subscriped to NASN. I was paying £11 a month for it. They merged with Setanta and the monthly bill only moved up to £14. Added bonus with Setanta is u get highlights all the time, instead of waiting for Scotsport:rolleyes: This year there is more SPL games and watching RTV is quite good and you often get pre-season friendlies including the Linfield game on Thursday

I found it weird how only Radio Clyde and the Evening Times picked up on this story. Neither Reporting Scotland, Scotland Today or Real Radio had the story which got me slighly worried. Fingers crossed though and i hope Elmander is on his way too. As McCormack goes, i used to go up to broadwood a lot to see the reserves and for ages he was the only stand out we had. Always running at players, has a great shot and was an exciting prospect. He has looked ok when called upon the top team, but not given a proper chance to shine like he can. But we dont see these guys day in day out in training so who knows, maybe the step up is too much for McCormack. Pitty though, i've always liked him

Thats what i thought aswell. I think its just a matter of Lyon and Rangers agreeing a price
  19. And Boab is??? I actually thought G.Rae would have been a good squad player to keep
  20. Falkirk and ICT away we hardly got any tickets for because of the small allocation. I'm relatively surprised at how we start. Was expecting Tynecastle for opening game. But the tims go there for the 2nd game haha. I'm off to America for 2 weeks in October, luckily am only missing one game:) Scotland must be playing
  21. Never sang the dambusters at a Rangers game then;)
  22. Well try telling that to the ones who WILL fly a German flag if England are drawn against them.
  23. I think the T&T flags and tops have been put in the drawer as they need England to win. Be prepared for a mass of German or Ecuador flags flying in Scotland:rolleyes:
  24. Anyone know of a good football website just for the latest news etc? My work has blocked BBC and Sky Sports website for some reason:mad:
  25. We've been here before. There is nothing wrong with it - even the Scots who do it. However, a section of the TA think that acting like this makes them MORE Scottish and those who don't do it, LESS Scottish. I bet the Aussies, Swedes, Dutch etc who do this think NO LESS of those who don't. The TA, use it as a measure of Scottishness rather than a fun way to display your support for your country. I agree with Cammy on this one. Everytime i have been to a Scotland game, some guys i know always ask the same question. "Still not got yer kilt yet?" No and i wont be buying myself one and i hate to be felt as though i am not Scottish enough for deciding not to wear one. Its like being back at school if you didnt have the new trainers or other latest gear. As far as the anti-Rangers feeling goes in the TA. Personally i have never encountered it when been to a Scotland game at Hampden. Infact i was kind of surprised about the amount of bears who do follow Scotland. But i have heard of these incidents involving some anti-Rangers feelings amongst the TA, like the booing of Rangers players by both Irish and "Scottish" fans at Landsdowne Road a few years back. But i cant comment on it as I have never encountered it personally.
