I dont think it made sense to sell Papac. Selling a guy for probably less than £1m, and then paying over the odds for this Konchevsky guy. Seems silly to me, we'd lose money and after all the guy has done a decent job. I've always thought he looked decent at centre half where he only played a handful of games. I thought his criticism came from his performances at left back. it sounds like an old cliche, but its mainly down to the people who run our club. They just dont seem to care. Brilliant post Cammy, absolutley spot on. Couldn't have said it better. I think worst of all, a lot of fellow bears are totally blind to it. We need to waken up and realise we have MAJOR problems. If we're looking for someone to fit the bill then i think money would be more wisely spent on Russel Anderson rather than Steven Pressley. To be honest i think Pressley is over-rated, no doubt his leadership qualities, organization shine through but i think his positional sense etc gets over looked. Wheras Anderson is younger and i rate him higher than Pressley. But you know Aberdeen will be hell to deal with.
