  1. Seriously just wtf?
  2. I know the girl got done for it but it was a boy who threw the flare at Falkirk. Ah yes back in the days before stadiums were all seated eh?
  3. At Falkirk the flare that was thrown onto the pitch and burned a hole on the astroturf flew 6 inches in front of my face. At Airdrie the smoke bomb was let off right in front of the disabled section and at least two people had to leave and receive medical treatment, that wasn't the first or last occasion that this has happened either. Tell me when you see someone with tubes up their nose and an oxygen cylinder attached to their wheelchair do you really think letting off a smoke bomb in front of them is funny? The boy at Motherwell was injured in the head when a banger exploded in mid air beside him. If you look back on FF you'll see a thread started by the boy's father on the incident.
  4. Airdrie and Falkirk to name but two, most disabled seating at away grounds is pitchside at the front of the Rangers support. At Sheffield over the top of my head were thrown smoke bombs, bangers, bottles and coins. The bangers very much are explosive devices. A 15 year old boy sitting with his father in the Rangers end at Motherwell was injured by one thankfully relatively minor on that occasion but it's only a matter of time before some unfortunate soul pays a heavy price for someone else's idea of a bit of fun. If they bangers are safe why don't they hold them in their hands till they explode?
  5. I've seen disabled fans having to leave the game and receive medical treatment because twats think it's fun to let them off in the disabled section, I constantly see parents having to calm down extremely distressed disabled children when smoke bombs, flares and bangers (which are usually commercial detonators) are let off in their vicinity. Overly sensitive and stiff upper lip my arse.
  6. Seriously you're taking nonsense. It's only a couple of weeks since he had a 100% pass completion rate, I imagine he's topped the percentage of completed passes every game he's played for us. If the rest of the team did their job as well as Jack does his we'd have 12 points and +20 goal difference.
  7. He could have gotten to the ball first if he had had the desire too. Had a better view of it at the game than any of the camera angles I've seen so far. The distance between Tavernier and Mikkelsen when he headed it in was ridiculous. Though Cardoso didn't look too clever either though tbh.
  8. His actions on the park didn't mirror that claim. He is without doubt one of the most technically gifted Scottish players we've seen for donkeys and one of the few with the ability to turn a game. He will undoubtedly if he plays his cards right go to a club worthy of his talent. Personally I thought it a pleasure to watch him, I wish him well but his claim his first choice was Rangers needs to be taken with a very large pinch of salt
  9. Pointless blaming Pedro for McKay he was going come hell or high water in any case, he spent most of last season simply trying to avoid getting injured.
  10. The Club are definitely sending out mixed messages on the issue of safe standing, been told it's happening by some then others saying it's never going to happen. My own experience is that lip service is something the club are very good at.
  11. Jack wasn't subbed, Dorrans and Windass were. Thought Dorrans looked extremely average today.
  12. If your intention is to win why play Lafferty as a second left back? Lafferty probably worked harder today at Ibrox than he ever did with a blue shirt on.
  13. It is also incorrect as Kiernan didn't win his appeal against his red card against St Johnstone he served a 2 match ban.
  14. In theory they have to make "reasonable adjustment", but there is no definition of "reasonable adjustment" as such. Don't get me wrong as there are good people within the Club pushing for improvements and the general attitude changed when the regime changed but there's still a long, long road to travel. There was a law going through the House of Lords prior to the last election regarding Sports Grounds and disabled access its unclear whether that will be brought up again. There is also the UEFA best practice guide "Access for All" which at present is a guide but will come into force at some point. UEFA talk a great game in regards to disabled facilities and to be fair some of the improvements seen in Eastern Europe in particular are to be commended however they're fully aware of the short comings of clubs like Barcelona who's facilities are utterly woeful. The driving force behind the improvements are the English but even then it took the threat of commercial action to get the Premier League clubs to comply.
  15. Every time we think we're making progress a boot in the baws comes out of nowhere, many issues are being addressed but these are ones that have little or no cost. The simple fact is at some point substantial financial investment will have to be made, but practically every department is fighting for a share of a limited pot, we may end up with some crumbs if we're lucky
  16. Not averse to safe standing in principle but it should be lower in the list of priorities than improving the inadequate disabled facilities.
  17. We did till Beaton intervened.
  18. Jackson is on a salary reputed to be North of £100k.
  19. Probably because it will show the facts as they are and not their personal interpretation of them.
  20. Hes trying to please his masters to avoid the imminent swing of the Mirror Group axe that's heading down Anderston Quay way.
  21. He cannot get further punishment as the ref saw it and "deemed" it a yellow card offence, neither can Tavernier appeal his yellow.
  22. F*&k all will come of this.
  23. [TWEET]896789782029770753[/TWEET] Rangers FC (ENG) A few on here will love that!.....
  24. A few familiar faces in there.
