  1. He isn't offering to hand over a cheque though he clearly wants at least some measure of control in return and wants to dictate the timing. The board have said there will be another share issue so should he not just bide his time rather than coming out with statement after statement?
  2. What one wants one can't always get. Football clubs all over the world are taken over by the present owners of that time being bought out, it's not some outlandish suggestion that King should do that if he's really that concerned with our future.
  3. I doubt you really believe Wallace is Green with a mask on, much as I liked Charles but Wallace is clearly much more professional
  4. My condolences. But to use my own medical analogy, I see this more like taking a seriously ill patient that needs treatment to survive out of hospital because previous doctors messed up treatment, despite a brand new set of doctors having been appointed since. Basically it's far too simplistic to assume that this suffering equals a better future, what if more 'hedge funds' buy us out of this second admin, what's your next move? Personally I don't care if people make money as long as we're stable, and that 's what i'm counting on Wallace for. If we want a regime where people don't want to make money then those individuals will need to buy the incumbents out.
  5. It looks pretty certain admin would mean starting next season on minus 25 points, coupled with any decent player like Wallace getting sold that virtually guarantees us not getting promoted and I think you underestimate how damaging that could be. Some of the recent talk sounds dangerously like hating the regime more than loving the club.
  6. In that situation it has to be Dave King for me as much as he's gone down in my estimations.
  7. Dave King could act, he could even offer them what he believes is an appropriate price to buy the current shareholders out and call their bluff. Vague stuff about 50 million is useless.
  8. The whole thing with statement after statement from King/UOF and the board just feels like a pathetic slanging match with substance lacking. I'd think most could agree with that whatever your views.
  9. Anyway first half was an enjoyable atmosphere even if hostile, second half was very flat as was the football. Happy enough I went though just had the car parked at Bridgeton.
  10. Was Sinclair the manager? Horrendous tactics, leaving two men outside the box with a last minute corner to save the match even made McCoist look positive
  11. Our coaching ruins players without a doubt
  12. I don't care for King's past, I think it's hypocrisy when people then make a fuss over Sandy Easdale's though.
  13. Well how many people go to games in Glasgow just for entertainment? Not that it in any way excuses Whyte or makes him look any better, he obviously didn't care for the consequences of his actions.
  14. I'm a massive critic of McCoist but releasing Hemmings was correct, he was injury prone and didn't look all that impressive the few times he did play. If only we'd been as sensible with other contracts like Hegarty and Naismith.
  15. Well deserved and he's not even been that good, sums up how bad everyone else is
  16. I said weeks ago Wallace will have found out things in the course of the investigation he wasn't aware of at the time of the AGM.
  17. Great, another CEO to be chased out, and one that could really do us some good as well
  18. If you want the current regime gone buy them out, then i'll get behind whoever has bought them out. That's always been my stance.
  19. Never had any issues with my photo being on websites. Glad it went well anyway can't see any reason I shouldn't make the next one
