  1. Aaaaahahaha Brunt is a winger, if Charlie Adam is a left winger im Brad Pitt :fish:
  2. Out of that lot i would probably take Brunt, Tonel and Hutton. Doubt if the Hutton one is a possibility though, he is on far to much money down there and havent really heard any reports of him not settling away from Glasgow. I think Brunt looks a good player, he has a good left foot and would certainly add something to our set piece options (he would actually give us an option)
  3. Yeah, got mine yesterday, North Stand, Section D4. For some reason when we go to hampden, i always get chinned for the dearest tickets, ive never been given the lower priced tickets, better seat though to celebrate the double
  4. I can only go on what my septic supporting mates say, who go to the games every week, i try not to watch this shite. From what i can tell, the septic fans have no confidence in Loovens at all and much prefer McManus to him so IMO it can only be a good thing that hes out.
  5. Like BD, I didnt have much trouble from the Govan rear but do have mates that sit lower down and they were complaining about the hoardings as well.
  6. MOTM was a tough one last night when the team didnt really have to get out of second gear all night. Id pretty much agree with the sponsors, thought Davis showed his class at times, he did frustrate me now and again though as you said Frankie, he almost seemed too casual and did give the ball away. Thought Edu looked a bit lost in the first half, seemed to settle a bit more after half time and passed the ball well in the second half, would like to see more of him but im struggling to see opportunities to play him when our central midfielders are fit.
  7. Sorted, cheers mate, couldnt see the wee tab bits.
  8. Im probably being fick here but how the hell do you join a league? ive picked my team but cant see the bit to join a mini league.
  9. I saw the flag at the game also, i was in touch with Frankie while i was there via txt but i couldnt get a hold of him after that, my mobile was a nightmare down there.
  10. Just seen a CCTV clip on SSN there, looks terrible, 1 police officer goes down and ends up with 20 odd Gers "fans" kicking into him. This has really put a dampner on what should be one of the proudest occasions ever for us.
  11. I feared this would happen, i was in Manchester from 11am yesterday, had a great time and seen no trouble at all, i was due to go back to the city centre after the game and come back home today but really wasnt in the mood after we got beat so i just came back up the road straight after the game. Really glad i did now. You could clearly see during the day that a lot of the people in the fanzones were not "real" Rangers fans, these people were not there to show support for Rangers they were there to party and get p*shed.
  12. Where was that ticket for mate? My ticket was 35, im sitting in the North stand, aisle 135 row D. Perfect for the lap of honour with the trophy
  13. Got to the ticket office just before 10 this morning, place was packed, the qeue went from the ticket office at the broomlan side of the govan stand, all the way along the govan stand and right down to the bollards towards the subway, then looped back and i joined it just at the wee brick tank house thingy, got my ticket just after 1 o'clock. a 3 hour wait with the hangover from hell is not recomended. Not to worry got my ticket now :D
  14. Thats shocking mate, sorry to hear that, that wee feckin steward told me the ticket office / cabin was closing at 4 o'clock. I would have waited if i had known it was staying open.
  15. Novo for me also. Although I thought Barry carried on from his excellent 2nd half during the week and played well again today.
  16. I certainly do mate, our company takes clients to Ibrox hospitality every home game, dont know if that helped but we got 8 in our allocation, i thought they were just taking our top clients but thankfully my boss seen fit to spare 1 for me. Waited 2 hours before the game today to pick it up, didnt want to miss the game, was still ages from the front at 5 to 3 so i just went into the game, went to join the qeue after the game because it was open till 4 and the steward told me there was no point because the qeue was at least 2 hours long and it was 10 to 3 at that point. Need to get over there early tomorrow. Dont want to really look forward to it till i have the ticket in my hand.
  17. R.B.

    New Gers Song?

Belted out a good few times again today, cracking tune.
  18. Ill give you a phone on Wed mate, hopefully meet up for a shandy or 10.
  19. My boss came into my office today and casually says "have you got a ticket for next week?" "Do you want one?" i nearly fell off my seat, need to go pick it up tomorrow, cant feckin wait till next week now. Bring it on.
  20. Because hes a full back whos offensive qualities are a lot better than his defensive qualities. Its obvious that he wasnt bought just for back up for Hutton, he came in and played right mid straight away, where in his first few games he was being praised by a lot of fans. I dont think he is our best option at right mid (by a long way) but i do believe that Walter signed him with a view to play him there. Im not even going to start on Gisabeer's comments
  21. What a strike from Thern as well. Love The Goalie celebrating. Clicky
  22. I could see your point if that was the only time that they have wound us up, as i said above, they all took passports to Ibrox once because they were in Europe and we werent, i went to Porkhead after we go put out by CSKA Moscow and a hell of a lot of Septic fans were wearing russian style hats, there has been countless occasions that we have wound each other up, im not saying sumbreros and beachballs are the best wind up we could come up with but IMO a wind up of some sorts is required.
  23. Liverpool for me, always has been since i was a wee yin.
