  1. I don't know mate, i think individually they may well know now, it was a Canadian Bear who released this info so maybe Gary has told a few friends who have in turn made it public?
  2. The mhedia throwing that grenade in there on purpose, God help the lad now.
  3. Forgive me for not believing him. I'm just going on the facts of what our outgoings were from the review and accounts and what we currently have in the bank. Common sense, i think. Not sure who Wallace is trying to kid here. Was it Jig who said Craig Whyte promised the players we would not be going into admin only for it to happen a matter of hours later?
  4. The mhedias darling, from Sky to BBC, they are all desperately trying to get him a job. The fact is, he was hopeless, not quite as clueless as ours but still never manager material.
  5. Players running to the media, eh. My money is on Kenny Miller. Loves talking to his media pals.
  6. That first one is phenomenal.
  7. One of the men who run the Newsnow site was outed as a Celtic fan and the bigot who runs Celtzine is also a rat catcher. I'm sure VB outed both years ago.
  8. Missed the last 3 or 4 days so have no idea what has went on. All i want to say on this topic now is i wish both our forums candidates the very best of luck and i sincerely hope the two of you are successful. From my own personal experience, 2 wonderfully charming men and out and out die hard Rangers men too. Best of luck guys.
  9. The cost of keeping Ally i am afraid.
  10. Surely we are a steal for anyone at £12.5m? For a club with our potential.
  11. Good result, will be interesting to see if Hearts again played their Under 17/18 team though.
  12. I wasn't a fan of the boycott as you know, i bought the kits, for my 2 sons and i, i grudgingly went to the Hearts game almost against my will, that however is the last money they will get from me. Should save my family about £2000 a year until they are all gone. This is not the Rangers i grew up loving and these are not the Rangers men i grew up idolising. We are a shadow of our former greatness. If their intention is to sell off our assets, close our club down, whatever, no amount of money from fans is going to change that. They have shown they are incapable of running us properly, the very basic of any football club, they have no ambition and no football brains, they are clueless and i cannot buy into people like that. McCoist and his pals are lucky in that sense, they are simply a sideshow who will also need dealt with eventually. They have had tens and tens of millions(around £70m already) to negotiate a couple of part time leagues and have us going forward with money in the bank, a vision and a plan but there has been none of that. There has been nothing positive. Nothing to buy into.
  13. And what are we Rab? We are a joke of a club and a midden of a football team. We have also declined, immeasurably. I wouldn't be too sure of the top 3 Rab, not that that should ever be just enough, it's 1st or last for this club. Anyone with intentions of making 2nd or 3rd acceptable can get to f*ck right now.
  14. Our average every week line up was Alexander, Argyriou, Wallace, Cribari, Perry/Hegarty, Little, Shiels, Black, Hutton, McCulloch, Sandaza/Kyle - Average age about 28/29. Full of over paid unnecessary dross. MacLeod is the only kid i would class as good enough in that line up you picked above too. And he grabbed that opportunity with both hands. The rest are duds. Shite like Cribari, Argyriou, Perry, Black, Shiels, Kyle.....give me a break ffs! You are not seriously suggesting kids being thrown in at that time were given a chance? The team was a shambles, made up of imposters and mercenaries who didn't care about our club, not trying a leg. That's not a chance. Quite frankly it was a near miracle anyone shone in such a diabolical team, and one or two did in spite of the more experienced let downs. McKay and MacLeod the main two. Both should have been integral the season after with another couple integrated into the team as the season went on. Now here we are 2 years later with no plan, no vision, next to no chance for youth, kids actually leaving for smaller clubs just to get a chance. Spending season to season, Rangers never learn, we will never change. Our struggles in the bottom tier had nothing to do with the kids and everything to do with the way the manager was picking teams and going about his business. We were a mess and it was the experienced pros who let us down so badly. The kids i believe who should be in and around the first team right now have either been loaned out without a sniff or binned, one or two treated badly too.
  15. They haven't really had a chance if truth be told Rab. A few minutes here and there out of position is not a chance.
  16. I would have put my mortgage on it. It would still be more than most players in the top tier as well. Bearing in mind we were up against fishmongers and hairdressers who take home as little as expenses only to play football. And the only target apparently was gaining promotion. As for names, those are up for debate, I could name you plenty guys who would run through brick walls to play for us unlike those who are currently on our payroll but what's the point, the damage is done. That mythical pressure is gone Rab, we have no standards. Players get away with not turning up these days. Ally has made it acceptable to give 40% effort, play poorly and still walk into the team the next week. He has made cup exits a speciality and those too are accepted by boards and fans alike.
