    We could have got experience on £500 a week, £1000 a week, there was absolutely no need for us to throw 5,7,8,10 grand a week at mercenaries. We could have got players who actually wanted to play for us and who wouldn't go hiding.

    At the end of the day football at that level is 11 v 11 and anything can happen. 5 times a budget is not that big a difference especially when the smaller club is still littered with international class stars.

    Awe I'm sure we will win but it's not going to mean Ally has all of a sudden become a football manager. That damage is done, right now we are simply playing out time. Guys like Yogi can only every dream of having the kind of tools and resources that Ally has.

    Only two of them should be in or around the first team. Murdoch and Halkett. It's a very strong side for that level but there are obvious managerial issues there as well.

    A £22m share issue cost us in the region of £6m? Are we then able to assume a £4m one will cost us around £1m from the 4 raised? Then the £1m loan repayment, £500k due to Easdale whenever he decides to call that in, Septembers wages.....i can't see £4m going far, certainly not into October anyway, so what then? Seems like a pointless exercise to buy time, but for what?
