    Not everything mate but i know what you are saying. There is no doubt the coaching is worse than mediocre. Fwiw, Ian Black has been telling a friend about life at Auchenhowie and has been extremely scathing of what goes on under Ally. It didn't surprise me but it did sadden me.

    I ain't convinced mate. How many hours, days, months and years has that kid spent at Auchenhowie on that training pitch and he has added next to nothing to his game? The coaches can't be at fault for everything, the player must want to improve too, Aird has shown no technical improvement since he made his first team bow.

    Halkett, Gallagher, Murdoch and MacLeod. I would have them all in the team every week. As Ser touched on, more experienced guys have been guaranteed their game no matter how poor they play week in and week out, that imo is harsh on the kids bursting for a chance to prove their worth. Halkett hasn't had a sniff despite our diabolical options in defence, Gallagher was dropped like a hot tatty last year after making a decent impact and having fans lauding plaudits upon him, Murdoch i know myself is a cracking wee player, a nice tidy central midfielder, imo better than Black, Law and Crawford and MacLeod has been shoved out wide to accommodate Law and Black, very unfairly. I would love to see more of all 4 of them. Another one i would like to see, is Kelly given a chance, in Bells absence. Rubbish like Crawford, Aird, McAusland and McKay won't make it here imo. Please be kind and remember it's only my opinion.

    We have a few cracking kids Craig, kids who i feel are being treated harshly by an over cautious manager.

    Every club from League 1 and 2 mate. Contact them all and offer our best kids to them for a year to help aid their development. I don't know how McGregor ended up at County, maybe Celtic have a contact down there or something?

    I took my number from an article in the Record when we were in admin and since then we have not had any cull of staff that I have read about. We still operate as a European participating SPL club with hundreds of employees.

    Ah right, that will break down pretty straightforward. Over 30 first team footballers and a whole entourage of back room staff too from Durrant and McDowall to Sinclair and Kirkwood and everyone in between. We have loads of staff. That's not even including the hundreds of administrative staff at the club which I don't know whether you are including or not.

    I've seen enough of one or two of the others to believe they would do no worse than the imposters currently in the team. Halkett in particular should be in the team IMO. Gallagher also showed more desire and hunger in his few appearances than the more experienced players. Him I feel really sorry for.

    Will depend how we are financially I think. If we are in administration then top earners must be moved on opening up chances. If things are as they and the manager has Black,Law, Zaliukas and Jig still in the team then nothing will change.

    And? What is your point? 3 isn't 7. Hutton and Faure are men short and Aird is rubbish and offers nothing.

    Well what experience does Durie have for the job? What are his credentials to enable him to work with our next generation? Then there is the input of 2 dinosaurs in Sinclair and Kirkwood.

    There is just so much more to it than that. Never mind the fact 7, yes 7, of our best kids have been punted out in the last few hours who would have played in that match. Then there is our inexperienced pal of Allys who they call a manager......... Also, look at the team from last night Robinson, Faure, Gibson, Gasparotto, Halkett, Hutton, Aird, Murdoch, McAusland, Walsh, Ramsay. Half of that team deemed not good enough for the first team in the lower leagues. I don't see a left back, i don't even see a left footer. I do see 5 centre backs though and hear the keeper threw one in as well. What do people expect with management like that? 5 centre backs in a developmental team. What is it we are developing here?

    They can't afford to sack him. Rangers man, eh!

    McCoist, McCulloch, Zaliukas, Wallace, Daly, Shiels, Templeton, Black, Bell. We don't and didn't need any of them to win any of the lower leagues. About £4m p.a. between just them.

    Have you any idea what it is being paid and what bonuses we have paid our in the last few months? Sounds as if you do.

    If i was worth hundreds of millions and the club i love the way i do Rangers was up for grabs for a poxy £8m i would jump at it.
