    No one liked it mate but it was undoubtedly a necessary evil. We needed the highest earners off the wage bill as soon as possible, in our state with league status and oldco/newco situation we were never going to get decent fees for anyone, if at all.

    He done you and us all a favour by leaving. As gunslinger points out, at most he maybe cost us £1m transfer fee, maybe, in football there are no guarantees. I think £1m is very generous if truth be told, we wouldn't even have got half of that imo, by the time a buyer was found, we could have been ruined again anyway.     No but i personally believe the 120 day review to be a smokescreen to buy time. A good CEO could look at our state and see what is wrong within a matter of hours, maybe days. Most fans can see what our problems are just from looking at our accounts, it's not rocket science. I don't trust him. For me he will forever be tainted by his association with the current board make up. He is their man. Right or wrong.

    Imagine how bitter and deluded someone must be to play down the great work Malky McKay has done in England, one of the hardest and most pressure filled countries on the planet. Utterly ridiculous. He may not be the next Jose Mourinho, who knows but he is a million times the manager Ally McCoist will ever be.

    Going through the lower leagues paying any members of staff thousands per week was never going to work. Playing and non playing staff. It's been one disaster after another since Green took over.
