  1. Well once again I'll go against the grain, I think we've been decent in the 1st half. Started well and created a great opportunity, then the game became cagey. 10 mins before halftime we cam alive and played some good football.
  2. Rangers 3 v 2 Real Betis Tav FGS
  3. Warnock? Maybe 10-15 years ago. Be as well as appointing Jimmy Calderwood as manager with Jimmy Nichol as his assistant. #DreamTeam
  4. I had a look at the "limited" area BF5 and there was 1 seat available. Then checked BF Rear and the was approximately a dozen seats available per section. If that's the same over the rest of the areas, be lucky if there are 1000 unsold tickets.
  5. Didn't our first goal against PSV at Ibrox come from a high press and our 2nd from a brilliant quick counter attack?
  6. PSV better than Rangers, Arsenal better than PSV.
  7. My forecast; Betis (home) draw Prague (away) draw Aris (home) win Aris (away) draw Prague (home) draw Betis (away) defeat Total: 7 points.
  8. Sima, Matondo and Roofe must start tomorrow. However I think he'll start with either Sima or Matondo with Roofe and Dessers. Think he'll go Butland Tav Goldson Soutar Borna Jack Lundstram Lawrence Sima Dessers Roofe
  9. Have been saying for over a year that we should be doing our upmost to recruit Davie Weir.
  10. How much did Brighton take in on outgoing transfers in the summer and how much are they paying in wages?
  11. Went for Sima ahead of Lawrence and Raskin.
  12. https://www.rangersreview.co.uk/news/23794641.real-betis-facing-goalkeeping-crisis-ahead-rangers-clash/?fbclid=IwAR1T6qNxXyy_qEl8hWGyhTi0_h5sqPE9rj0vt4418yngPCtCeQjqpGZLG_w
  13. 2 disappointing games today. Chelsea very poor and Arsenal heaping more pressure on Everton.
  14. Rest easy Ronnie - thoughts and condolences to his family and friends at this sad time.
  15. Liverpool have had a decent start to the season but still can't see anyone matching City over the course of the season.
  16. Take it all back, he's miles off-side
  17. Looks like Betis have a goalkeeping crisis - Silva is their 2nd choice keeper and he's picked up an injury tonight (1st choice keeper also injured). Goalkeeper Rui Silva was replaced by Francisco Vieites, who makes his La Liga debut.
  18. It's been decades since I've been "too thin", but thanks anyway.
  19. I get that, but when I was a "wee ned", you tended to try and get best view and be with the other "wee neds", so it's not unique to the UBs or this generation of "wee neds". I have experienced The UBs being around my seat at a few away games, and they've never told me to "f off". Sometimes I've sat / stood where my seat is other times I've moved to get a better view (as being stick down the front behind the goals isn't ideal viewing, UBs or no UBs.)
  20. Then it's a question that should be asked at the Fan Engagement meeting? Said previously, I don't think they get the space behind the goal, they just congregate there. Very few people sit in their allocated seat at away games (which isn't new, it's been going on for years). I don't go to as many away games as I used to, but it was always the same faces you saw natter where you went. So either the fiddle has been going in for decades, or the resourceful and determined fans somehow get their hands on tickets
  21. They look a massive side - but not the ideal game for them before visiting Ibrox.
  22. I was one who said it may be better replacing him. However, I'm willing to accept other opinions and can see both sides of the argument. And I never said anyone called me deluded, although sometimes, when it comes to Rangers and music, clearly I can be at times (sure we can all admit to that)
  23. But football isn't as simplistic that you can say they are easy as they may finish in bottom half of the table. "Easy" teams will historically cause issues to "top" teams as I pointed out in my last post. These are undeniable. Off course we aren't playing well or as well as we would like, I also said that in my previous post. What is also undeniable is a section of fans have MB dead and buried and no matter what we do, this will not change. That is their right, I have no issue with that, but it seems anyone not of that opinion is painted as deluded. All I'm saying is whilst we are not playing well, I don't think it's as bleak as its being described (domestically).
