Why Rangers should close the gap without spending heavily
MacK1950 replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
Silly to say but after Murty's reign and Pedro's first game we might just have the ready made striker already i.e. Waghorn. He has finally been given the chance to play as centre forward and looks a different player IMO. Remember we have Hardie scoring at Raith who hopefully will be given his chance next season. -
Welcome Pedro! Rangers v Hamilton preview.

They were probably like me sick of hearing the same crap blurb being uttered by Warburton,it was like the BBC repeat after repeat. -
Not for me a decent player but we could do better.

This managerial appointment is embarrassing

Not to sure about that Rab,too soon to tell, but doubt if there will bee such a points gap. -

From what I can see the performance yesterday has resulted in acceptance of the new manager as there has been no adverse criticism and thing s have gone quiet on these pages.Well done Pedro and the team. -
Don't know if I am correct but when you look at or analyse he number of "simulation events" over this season and in those gone by the vast majority of such events have been by players from outwith the British Isles. To me therefore it is something that is instilled in their minds by their coaches.?????

That must mean that two clubs would disappear and a new club formed.Surely they would have to start in lowest division if admitted.

Has anyone noticed the table,if Morton win their game in hand they are only 3 points behind the Leith mob.

Great posts guys.I came away from game today with no reason to slate any of our team. Foddy- better distribution and much more quickly.Tav. played like a right back today instead of the "Wanderer". Wilson pretty steady but not perfect.Hill another great game. Wallace usual self. Toral my man of match. Holt Very good game apart from glaring miss. Hyndman solid and great goal. Miller some excellent one two's and passes. Waghorn more like a centre forward and hopefully more to come. McKay more like his old self some great passes. Subs all done ok. Pedro has worked wonders in a few days. Great tribute banners from the Union Bears thanking Murty and welcoming Pedro. -

What he got he will probably never adhere too,who counts the hours done and is he going to supervised 24/7,doubt it. -

He will be playing against teams who are "not sedated and prepared for defeat/death" so will have to have our boys buoyed up for every game. -
Dave King has promised he WILL back new boss Pedro Caixinha
MacK1950 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Thanks for your comments guys they seem positive so hopefully he will use his own contacts and that signings are of a higher standard. -
Just a pity QoS are so far behind them regarding play-off places.

Hope it's true but won't be holding my breath. -
Think McKay will have to blow hot all the time from now on if new manager is as tough as reported. This will be same for all players as they are now all on trial IMO.

Only one more Manchester team to bite the dust in Europe then I'll be happy.

Don't worry about any position his "love child" can play anywhere guess who? Charlie Mulgrew.

Beware those(he) in the corridors of power. No use investigating the reason as there will be no paper/cyber trail. If ancient punishments were still in force the very least Madden would have got was being sent to the stocks but given he did not award the so called penalty it called to be given the death penalty.

Thanks Craig regards the numbers worn.As clubs nowadays have to name squads numbers are immaterial unlike past days when players were given a shirt relating to a position. Your summing up of Miller's play is how I relate his worth.

Sticks and stones spring to mind but not knowing the full facts cannot judge but with the comments of the "Mad Joe"in the earlier posts if the two were like him anything is likely to happen. -
Rangers fan handed match ban after leading a crowd to storm Hampden turf
MacK1950 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Not just that the way it is headlined would suggest he was attempting to lead thousands of Gers fans on to the pitch, more biased reporting. -
Good luck to Jim he has done a sterling job over the years but maybe the new guy can teach Fod a few new things like how to throw a quick release of the ball.
-
You really are bitter towards Miller,he might well have been at other clubs you despise but has always given 100%+ when in our jersey. You could say same about Wilson coming back to us from Hearts into the championship, which showed to me that he did not have the resolve and talent to play in the higher league which is showing this season.

Leicester keep up their "fairy-tail" 2-0 v Sevilla 3-2 on aggregate.
