My suggestion bring in McLiesh now to steady ship then at end of season move him to DoF and use his knowledge to attract new first team coach/manager.

Hi guys just finished my dinner so as well as digesting that I have digested on todays game. To summarise---heidless chickens and senseless late substitutions. Man by man, Murty at least honest in his summary of players not being good enough,but not suitable for first team manager. Foderingham still dodgy but keepable. Tavernier chasing shadows at first goal not suitable for full back. Kiernan, again exposed by his full back but has makings of a good defender. Hill best we've got central but age ? Hodson, better at right back. Hyndaman hopefully can keep. Halliday a liability. Waghorn blows hot and cold squad player at best. Miller best we have at moment,again like Hill age?. Garner hard worker worth persevering with. McKay one of our best valuable. Subs. Wilson still a bombscare. Forrester had his chances. Holt squad player. Other non players today,Wallace missed today,Windass sqad,Dodoo not seen enough to comment,O'Halleron not suited. So going with posts it seems to me like a massive rebuilding needed.

Booing the players is never an option that will work,many have said about our budget and salaries,so if they are going to be subjected booing they might just turn up and not try a leg whilst they will still get paid. Certainly protesting about Ashley might give a release of temper but will get us nowhere. We expect our team to win every game so we have to stand behind them.

So sad to see from these posts that so many have half empty glasses and read of the doom and gloom.I remain a half full glass type and hope to see it topped up in the remainder of the season. No official indication has yet been given as to a temporary/full time replacement so let's keep our chins up and have less doomsday material.
