Good for Peterhead as they entertained us in the Petrofac cup final.Might not be a great crowd again with the subway problems but should still give them an income.

No doubt there are many who attend who have previous convictions and to try to weed them out it is probably impossible. Only way to be sure of not getting them would be to include a question on season ticket application,but unless convictions are for proven violent behaviour I don't see how they would/could be refused a season ticket.

In response to Ian I watched most of the highlights of premier games last season and agree that most of the teams are not of a good standard,but looking at the standard of a few it is a big step up. Tunnel vision should not let us get carried away and my previous post about winning the lottery was tongue in cheek as I am aware of how long these odds are and agree with Tannochside regards third .

There are still many on here having us running before we can walk,realistically a top six finish in first year back is essential with a top three a bonus.To win would be like winning the jackpot on the lottery.

Punishment is due but should be after result of court proceedings.What alarms me is the alleged non refundment of season ticket money as the crime referred to took place last season so it seems ridiculous that money paid in advance for this season can be held. I believe that transgressing on to the playing field if it is not already should be classed as a crime as the fan area is marked by the perimeter fencing or other means and only to be crossed in emergency.

As ages change and new young blood comes in (fans) things will always change.Where I am seated in the Govan/Sandy Jardine stand is fondly remembered by me as the terracing where me and my old schoolmates would meet on match days. As long as areas are named after long serving servants of the club I have no objections.
