Yes they could have taken your season ticket away last season without refund as that is when the incident happened. Most of the names were known before season tickets went on sale so Rangers could have stopped them before accepting money this season. You would need to be a piss poor lawyer not to win that in the courts. What happens if some have not fully paid up yet. You are not getting a season ticket but you have to pay one. I just don't see any way Rangers can lawfully withold money for a product they are refusing to deliver. As I say if it was mid-season there may be a case but not 2 weeks before the season ticket actually becomes a product. I would certainly have them in court.

If they are refusing you a season ticket they will have to refund it. Rangers or any other club have no authority to fine you money which would be the case if they don't refund you. If you pay for a product you need to receive that product They may be able to take administration costs but that is all. Rangers cannot penalise anyone they can only refuse undesirable people entry.

Warburton has already said he will not have a proffered 11 and that he will rotate the squad more than last season. That can be taken with a little pinch of salt though for even if the manager normally says what he means I think he will have a proffered 11 for the top games.

I think their two big Central defenders would probably be a first choice with Tierny. Their midfield couldn't get near us last time out so why anyone even thinks of their midfield beats me. Waghorn Griffiths and McKay are all Cetainties. Roberts can't even hit an open goal.

It in short says that Barcelona were interested in him as 4th striker and the 10mill euro asking price was no problem but his 5mill yearly wage was. It stated that many English teams had dropped out for the same reason. Seemingly Fenerbahçe brought out a statement that he won't be leaving. I think he will be on a pay off from Fenerbahce as I believe they started the moves to get him off the pay roll. If they pay him a years salary instead of the 2 years on contract means he can drop his wages and be cushioned for the lesser wages he knows he must take no matter where he goes unless it is one of the very big clubs.

As the season is only a number of days away we need to get some names in to write a preview. I hope we can trust our preview writers from last year to pick up the baton again but it would be great if we could have some new names entered. Even if you are not a great writer it does not matter as long as you get something down. I have seen people writing normal posts within minutes longer than some previews so those posters should have no difficulty writing a preview. Please post the game you would like to write a preview for and we will add it to the list: I have taken liberty of giving Frankie pride of place to kick the season off. I can imagine a title like "Back where we belong" Obviously if it does not suit him it can be changed. Doesn't anyone else think that Kiernan and Wilson were preferred because they had a fast contract and not a short term loan contract. After all They were the ones that were chosen for the long term.
