I think Murdoch has just renewed. Let the rest go who are on the go list.

Depends on what he is holding and how big it is I would imagine.

Revenge for having red knees. -
The papers were reporting that there was a break in the ranks between Ashley and Easdale. Pity he left it so late otherwise he may have been able to save some face.

From the Beeb! -
It is not that LLambias shouldn't have been cost cutting but the fact that he was giving far more to his boss than he was saving the club. No point on cost cutting with one hand and passing on our retail\sponsor possibilities for 1 pound with the other.

We also have a rule, I am not allowed to humiliate the wife when we are in a pub. Doesn't always work though.

We do seem to have a problem which will be getting looked into by the Technical team, Thanks for your patience.

How can we get a pleasant surprise? They have just taken out a 5 mill loan to pay the wages for January. February has still to come. The only pleasant surprise we can get is if the board resign before the 6th of March.

Ashely is far from being out of the picture even after the EGM so I would imagine as long as he has his finger in the pie the Newcastle players will be staying.

Rangers First own 2.46% of Rangers (plus 0.7% voting rights)
pete replied to WATP_Greg's topic in Rangers Chat
That is a certainty I would imagine. The only good thing is they would always be out-numbered in any vote. I would also expect one or more of the Three bears to take a place on the board. Dare I say also possibly someone from the supporters shareholdings. -
Just a matter of taste but it is not a big problem for me. I will sleep tonight.

If the Easdales wants to win the fans over and the split with Ashely is true they should now throw their Proxy vote behind King to remove the rest of the board. -
that was my feeling as well. Rebel seems as though we are the bad guy's. A bit IRAish.

The RST have to watch out that they are not pulled up under the copyright law for using these cartoons. Raimond v Barnaveld was pulled up for using the real Barney on his shirt. I don't mean to be a spoil sport as I like the cartoons, but you do have to have permission to use copyright material.

How can that there was more than 3600 yesterday when I signed, Does it return to nil if a certain number has been reached?

Can someone tell me why the tims still call themselves the hoops. Surely they should now be called the front stripes or the half hoops?

I think I heard the fat man give a little squeal.

We also have to realise as a support that the days of multi-million pound players are in the past. We really need to get the base of the financial triangle at the bottom supporting the club and not having us balancing on the point as in the past.

Rangers likely to escape action over sectarian chanting by fans Rangers will escape punishment for fans' sectarian chants, the Scottish Professional Football League's chief executive Neil Doncaster has hinted. The chants, heard during the match against Raith Rovers on Friday, made up part of the match delegate's report. Doncaster said that if clubs can prove they did everything possible to prevent such singing, no action will be taken. But he expressed his frustration at the "distasteful, shameful and selfish actions of a mindless minority". In a statement on Tuesday, Doncaster said he hoped to "have sight of" match delegate Tom Purdie's report "within the next 24-48 hours". He added: "It remains the SPFL's position that if it can be established that clubs have done everything required in overall management of the event pre-match, during the game and post-match, then they have no case to answer. But he also said "the vast majority of decent fans" would "share a strong degree of anger and despair that the good name of Scottish football is once again being dragged through the mud by the distasteful, shameful and selfish actions of a mindless minority who seem hell bent on indulging in outdated and offensive behaviour". "I know that clubs, players and many others across the game share this frustration." Doncaster said the league body would work with the clubs and police "to do everything within our powers to act against those involved in such unacceptable conduct and behaviour". But he warned that he would need "the supporters to play their part to help stamp out such behaviour."

I totally agree with that Greg. Once again they have stood up to be counted. We have the real Greatest fans in the world.

The RST and Rangers first are playing a blinder. Keep up the good work.
