P.S. I live in Germany but I am in hospital in Holland. I didn't trust the krouts with a knife near my body. Just kidding it is because I can speak better Dutch than German and so can communicate better. That is cross border living. I will be in for at least another 7-10 days I would imagine. If they are willing to give a good price for the shares then a hedge fund may be happy to cut their losses and sell. As I said they have a lot to lose if forensic Accountants find any descrepencies.

Am I missing something here but if he agreed a deal with SARS then the courts were no more involved therefore he commited no crime. Or is that too simple.

Ashely and the board will be trying to get support from anywhere. I will not be surprised if a large block of shares end up in the bad guy's hands. After all they have millions to lose so putting in a few mill would soon be recycled.

The only part of your argument I am going to argue against is that it would have been downright stupid for any genuine bears as you say to jump into action. For one it could only esculate things and for two, once you are a part of the melee the police cannot distinghuish who is who so you become one of the wrongdoers in their eyes and could be arrested. Sorry I don't agree with that bit.

What I am worried about is they take a 10 mill loan from Cashley and it disappears out the back door before the EGM. Plus they can be writing lucrative contracts for themselves as we speak. Pay Cashley 10mill loan back + 5 board members 500.000 f-off bonus. 10-13 mill in the red and we have nothing for future running costs.
