I used to play 2 sometimes 3 games in a weekend so I really don't see how a professional footballer can't play a game every 4 days.

Cracking goal for killie right on half-time 0-1. Commentator said it fell at the best possible time. I guess his memory doesn't go back more than 6 days. The best possible time would be somewhere about 90 mins.

The potential of Edu has a long way to ripen but will be top class in my eyes. I can't believe that his potential is been questioned after the run-in last season and how he is developing now.

There are excellent players that come good a bit later. Bobby Russell, Kevin Keegan to name 2. Charlie Adam and Theo Janssen-fc Twente to name 2 playing now.

I can only say look at the video above and listen for the word Cruijff(Crouff). His name is mentioned a good few times as he is taking the penalty. I have no problems with us calling him Croyff though as i done it for years until i lived in Holland. I do hate commentators using wrong pronunciations though as they are paid good money to do their job. Getting a name right doesn't take rocket science just a bit of research.

Over Cruijff and I know this is not Rangers but i want to share it with as many possible so i will post it here. some may have seen it before. I watched it live and couldn't believe it. To be honest Gribz the only thing that using Foreign refs will change is that they are not living in such a threatening environment. As for quality of refereeing and accusations of favouritism nothing will change. Once the foreign referees have made a few mistakes as all referees do then the same old accusations will appear.

All Ref's from all countries make mistakes. The fact is that the game has moved on and has become too athletic and quick for one man. Football has moved on but unfortunately the ruling bodies haven't.

No i don't watch it I can't be bothered watching something for 3 or 4 hours with less than 1 hours action. I do get your drift better now though. As long as the ref stops the game directly when a decision is made then okay but to let the game go on until a natural stop and hike all the way back doesn't work for me.
