If Rangers get to the final and win the league, QOS are in the UEFA cup.
-
I don't know if that would work as you can normally vote once. I don't know what is technically possible Jon and i think this is a new idea that we have not done before, so i will say you or others can shape it as you will. Trial and error and ideas from every one and anyone. As from next season we could maybe do it on a weekly basis from the start and a goal can knock another goal out of the top ten or off the top. Just an idea.

Thanks Jon let it run to the end of the season before picking a winner. Hopefully there will be many more contenders. If anyone can find the video's for the goals mentioned that would be great.

Just thought i would start a goal of the season. If we can pick out of ten nominations and then cut it down to five for a final poll at the end of the season I will nominate the Whitteker goal from Wednesday. http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=127wrX01BGM Please add nomination plus video if possible.

Sunday, 13 April 2008 -------------------------Time--------TV Motherwell v Celtic-------14:00-------*** Wednesday, 16 April 2008 -------------------------Time--------TV Celtic v Rangers----------19:45-------*** Celtic get the chance to pull three points back on Rangers again on Sunday. To do that they will have to beat their public enemy No.1, Motherwell. Both will be missing key midfield players as Bob Malcolm and Scott Brown are both suspended. Adding to that the game will take part on the mud patch pitch that fir park has become it may make fighting spirit more important than classy football. I can see Celtic getting outfought in a midfield battle in this one but will go for the draw. A Motherwell win will virtually hand Rangers the League title so here's hoping. Draw. On Wednesday Rangers travel to the piggery which throws up a must win game for Celtic. Walter Smith's dominance in old firm games is almost becoming embarrassing and i see no reason to contemplate a change in fortune. Rangers are riding on a high wave while Celtic are drowning in their own saliva. I really think we are good enough to win this one and won't even contemplate a draw. Rangers win.

Proud to be a bear. Super proud of our performance on Thursday. Also super proud of myself that i can accept that there are many good hearted Celtic supporters including friends and family.

For how long is his contract? That will dictate what we can ask for him if he goes to another team. Personally i would break open his contract for a) to give him a better deal and b) Tie him to the club for a longer term.

An untried Coisty doesn't fill me with much confidence and i would hate to see the fans turn against him if it went wrong. He would get more time than another but the fans would turn against him eventually. In reply to the Celtic mindedness we do have the Rangers class thing.(not aimed at you johnny.)

i would prefer to see Ally manage a smaller team before taking over at Ibrox. I would say give him another two seasons under Watty and then get him a job at a team like Clyde or that level. I would be happy(prefer) to see Burley or leveign taking over when Walter decides to leave.

Sporting Lisbon 0 (0) : 2 (2) Rangers - Player Ratings and MoM Poll
pete replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Cuellar for me. as well as a rock in defence he also played some excellent balls to get an attack going. Davis was good at times but i feel he did lose the ball with stray passing quite a lot. Brilliant pass for the goal. Made to measure. Papac has really grown in our team and is possibly the only good signing PLG made. Going to be hard for anyone to oust him from the LB position. -
Jon sorry if anyone else had beaten us over two legs we would be out.
-
I can't wait. I am going through all German Dutch and English channels. :rfc:

Broadfoots booking was also a lot of crap. There is no player that can change a Refs decision. really unfortunate on a great night.
-
That would be stupid as you don't get a yellow in every game. No it was pure stupidity!
-
Before the game i feared the worse but i really felt at half-time Sporting had played their best at Ibrox. A few worries early in the second half but we really deserved this win over the two legs. One last thing. He won't be man of the Match but what a game Cousin played when he came on. I hope we can keep him for another season.

Can't believe we're one goal away from european semi

Thats better Ian it will make the victory all the more sweet now. Yep I'll take any win!!!! -
There are many ways you could use a new stadium including, hotel casino, shopping centre. What you have to watch out for as many of the companies that originally start such a venture go Bankrupt due to massive spiralling over budget costs. Donald Trump's Taj Mahal casino and the Scottish parliament, to give two examples. Murray would have to think of ways of protecting RFC from going bankrupt if he is to throw us in the deep.

Sorry i hate these statements. we were only one game away from a CL place twice. Scotland were one game away from the EC for more than one game. I keep hearing these clich©s but it never seems to get us anywhere. we are possibly one goal from winning or losing and 90-120minutes from losing or winning. I hope we play well and even if we lose i hope we play well and die fighting. -
Motherwell have been doing us favours over the last few years and who will ever forget Helicopter Sunday. Hopefully they will do us another favour by beating the tims on Sunday. I have watched Dundee Utd beat Celtic in the past at the piggery and it is a good feeling. The best feeling though was watching Rangers beat Celtic from the Celtic end at Ibrox while standing amongst them. I had to bite my tongue not to cheer but it was great listening to the pain and growling.

I will be going for STV. If you are going to criticise the enemy then you have to know what they are saying. I don't like the English commentators commentating on Scottish games. As far as i know Archie is a bluenose and i don't mind his rantings. I dislike Timsport on a monday evening though, but i have to watch it as it is the only chance i get to see SPL football.

Probably the first 6 million he bought the club for but after that it was rangers money he has played with. I suppose if he leaves us breaking even we will accept that the nine in a row and the Euro dream(or deep sleep) will have made it all worth it. To be honest i don't really want the new stadium as it cannot possibly be financed by Rangers FC and i fear that Ibrox will then be in the hands of a Donald Trump figure. Maybe the money boys can make me see different.

Hopefully the league is tied up before the last game. beating Dundee utd to win it would settle a score.

Just say's they are hopeful he can travel. A virus is mostly more than a two day illness before you are fully fit again. No doubt he will be getting the best antibiotics available. If he did miss out it would be a nightmare for us although Papac and Dailly would probably fill in and are first team regulars.
