  1. Carlos Cuellar has become a doubt for the match in Lisbon. The Spaniard, who has been in fine form for Walter Smith's team this season, has been floored by a virus. And with central defensive partner David Weir already suspended for the match, the Rangers boss could face a selection headache. Cuellar has been ordered to remain in bed for two days, although the club is hopeful he will be able to travel to the Portuguese capital on Wednesday. Cousin has been passed fit.

Glasgow city council are planning motorway Link between parkhead and Ibrox It will be named the M52. It will include a Mcdonald bypass. The Riorden hard shoulder and the Strachan exit.
  3. Wee Chesney on the radio saying Rangers would have to collapse to let Celtic win the league. Well Gordon you have to get six Points and then hope that we collapse. :rfc:
  4. Saturday, 5 April 2008---------Time-----TV Celtic v Motherwell------------15:00 Gretna v Inverness CT---------15:00 Hibernian v St Mirren----------15:00 Kilmarnock v Hearts-----------15:00 Sunday, 6 April 2008----------Time------TV Dundee United v Rangers------14:00-----*** Monday, 7 April 2008----------Time------TV Aberdeen v Falkirk-------------19:45----*** Celtic v Motherwell. Hopefully the return to form of Motherwell will carry on to Saturday and they can at least squeeze a draw out of the Eastend mob. Motherwell had a massive say when we won the league on Helicopter Sunday. Lets hope they can do the same again. I will hope up a draw. Draw Gretna v Inverness CT. Gretna are treading water until the end of the season and are just there to make up the numbers. Caley win. Hibernian v St Mirren Mixu got Hibs off to a winning start but that got abrubtly halted against Motherwell last week. To be honest i think he is the worst manager Hibs have had in recent years and looks to be taking Hibs from a slick passing team to a long ball team. Not impressed by his managerial skills so far and i can see St Mirren grinding out a draw today. Draw. Kilmarnock v Hearts Hearts are fighting for a top six place while Killie are going through the motions until the end of the season. Hearts need to win and then hope that Aberdeen do them a favour by beating Falkirk on Monday. A Hearts draw or defeat opens up the road for an Aberdeen top six place but dew to the stupid Monday fixture, if Hearts win then Aberdeen have realistically no chance of getting in to the top six and will send a deflated team out on Monday. These two games should have been played at the same time to have all three clubs fighting for a place on even ground. Hearts win. Dundee Utd v Rangers. Funny enough i think United gave it their best shot against us in the cup and we will have it easier in this game. All the tims will be looking for us to slip up in this one. Personally I think we will surprise everyone and the players will be up for a revenge match. We will dictate the play and win relatively easy. Hopefully! Rangers win. Monday, 7 April 2008--------Time---------TV Aberdeen v Falkirk-----------19:45-------*** As i said above if Hearts win then Aberdeen have realistically nothing to fight for. If Hearts drop points then this will be a cup tie of who gets the last top six place. Personally i think Falkirk can hold out for a draw but to win at Pittodrie is a different kettle of fish. A Hearts win the day before will influence this game so much that it makes it a mockery. These games should have been played at the same time. Aberdeen win.
  5. I am one and that is why i didn't want him back. I am glad he has steadied the ship but to be honest he is not the man to take us forward.
  6. Seconded! I can't find room for Hemdani in my top 5 and for me JCD played his part well with little support.

    WHO is that?
  8. I am ecstatic that i can watch it on tv. I did have to take time off my work so i hope it is worth it.
  9. One last thing, no one has mentioned the poofy hand waving from Samaras. Surely that was worth a red card on it's own,
  10. Yes STV and ITV 4.

    Taxi!!!

After the old firm defeat on Saturday, Gordon Strachan was quick to defend his players. During the game Rangers defended them easily as well. Strachan has been seen nosing around the ladies underwear department in the Rangers store. He is looking for a rangers slip. Celtic fans are blaming Thomson for diving and simulating injury. In the second half their whole team lay down and played dead.. Rangers players may be accepted into the magic Circle. Every time they play Celtic they make Nakamura disappear. Wee Gordon said after the game the communication between the two strikers failed by an inch. Jan is a Fannygoer and Georgios would rather Sam your ass. Samaras dodged his national service which he will have to do if he returns to Greece after his career. Seems he hates leading the front line . Over the last few years Rangers have come a cropper from Nil by mouth. Wee Gordon has changed things around for us by bringing in Nil by Choices. What do Celtic fans do after an old firm victory? They turn off the Play Station. What is the difference between Cinderella and Artur Boruc? Cinderella gets to the ball! It was reported that Richard Branson was considering sponsoring Celtic? Apparently, he pulled out because he didn't feel it was right have 'Virgin' written across the shirt of a team that gets focked every Saturday. Taxi!!!!!
  12. Sorry i don't buy the restless leg syndrome, theory and you can think of all the technical names to hide the fact that he dived, but for me i will be an armchair fan and say that it was a blatant dive(A very poor one at that). I don't give a damn that he done it as these things even each other out eventually but i will judge it without blue tinted glasses on.

I am watching it. Jon i think you are the only one in the world who doesn't think that Thomson took a blatant dive. Samaras had stopped when Thomson hit him.
  14. One unpleasant fact is that McGeady does have Broadfoot on pace, where as Hutton could give him a start and still beat him.
  15. Personally i think it is too early to write off Brown as i still believe he does have great potential. Thomson is a far more refined player who thinks about the game much more. Brown is a far more impulsive player and in the Hibs team these two attributes probably complimented each other. You would think that Strachan one of the best midfield players of his time would have been the best teacher for Brown but the more docile smith would probably have eased him into the Rangers team taking most of the weight off his shoulders that he seems to carry at Celtic. In a way Brown is replicating the way fergie played in trying to carry the whole Celtic team as Fergie did for us in the last few seasons. If Brown had looked further than his wallet, then he would have seen that his best friend was at Ibrox and he would have had Fergie and Hemdani to learn from. They would have helped him to ease into the team rather than hit the ground running. Steve Davis has been a breath of Fresh air to our team but let us not overlook the impact Christian Daily has made. That guy has been immense since joining us. The unsung hero.
  16. taken from the sunday Mail: Midfielder Davis, voted Setanta TV's man-of-the-match, I thought Davis had his worst game for Rangers although i don't mean he was bad, just not mom.
  17. Even the tims call him the headless chicken.

    Your call.

Great listening to the numpties hurting. One even said the records played at the beginning of the game are sectarian:wanker:
  19. Must be the goal as i jumped a yard in the air(well 2 inches anyway. It felt like a yard) I loved Fergie laughing at Aids.Brilliant! Never noticed the ball boy incident.
  20. Pos---Name------P-----W------D---L----F----A----GD-----PTS 1-----Rangers---29-----24-----2---3---70----21---49------74 2-----Celtic-----30-----21-----5---4---69----20---49------68 I would have bitten your hand off for this position at the start of the season.
  21. Couldn't drink as i have to drive tonight. The second half was far easier though as we dominated most of it. I just got worried we were sitting too deep at the end though. Will enjoy a few beers and a half to celebrate tonight. I have a fifty-fifty driving agreement with my wife. I drive to where we are going and she drives back.
  22. I am frigg'n knackered. can't sit still, my hands are stone cold and nearly worn away by rubbing them. I hope we dominate more in the second half as it could save me a heart attack.
  23. I suppose if you are Scottish based and want to listen to an English commentator then you can watch it on ITV 4, or is that too confusing now.
  24. Good luck to everyone!!! Come on the Gers get intae them!!!!!
