Agree about that. However I think it was just one random guys project and not something more professional if you like. Think he sourced a publisher etc after collating the stories. It's what's inside that counts anyway, or so fat birds are always trying to convince us.

Guys may have seen this on FF but thought I'd mention it here. The book is a collection of fans stories of the day. Available in Waterstones on Sauchiehall street or Braehead. Also available from the publishers. Not got a copy myself yet but intend to asap.

Think you're an excellent poster generally and agree with much of the rest of the post. But don't agree at all with that paragraph. Surely the engine room of midfield place is the the worst place if you're trying to hide? Also think the idea that jockeying an opponent is always a bad thing is a fallacy up there with people who think keepers punching the ball is always bad and "flapping".

A frankly bizarre and illogical statement. How the fuck can any sane minded individual come to such a conclusion? Can we only hold minutes silence when Celtic decide so as to not "offend" them. I don't see what possible arguement they could have against a red card for violent conduct when he attempted to headbutt an opponent? Does Mowbray what the appeals process changed so that Nevin, McNeil and himself decide the outcome???

There's a suprise. Referee doesn't overturn a red card for a player who tried to headbutt an opponent. I am shocked. I was convinced the official would change his mind once he saw that he clearly got the decision right first time around.

Quite. Didn't look like scoring all game. Why would he just expect we'd stop defending properly for the last 20 minutes. We are an impenetrable wall when it comes to defending and it is more likely (as was played out) that they wouldn't create anything. Even if they did, they didn't look like taking anything.
