Mowbray probably put my post up in the dressing room! Celtic doing well does not necessarily benefit us, yet certainly benefits them. So fuck them. Come on the Arsenal/Lyon/Pana/Etc.
-
Since when did Burley worry about man management????

The official Dynamo Moscow v Celtic 2nd leg thread

Arsenal Lyon Sporting Panathinaikos Stuttgart (as Shaktar went out I think Stuttgart become a seeded team). Hopefully get pumped off of one of them. Arsenal/Lyon would be good. -
For Fuck's Sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember thinking the kensington was alright too. But then i'm easily pleased when it comes to a beer and football. It's always the same. Thinking the games aren't worth the money, but you always kinda wish you were going.
-
Just seen that. Jammie bastards. Still round 4!!! Though pot 3 most likely.
-
About £100-130 I think for me and my wee bro. He flew Luton to Madrid. Madrid to Barca return. I went from Glasgow to Madrid. Reckon I can squeeze the flights out of my Dad if we get them. Free accomodation obviously. Hopefully he'll have colleagues who can get tickets too! 1 in 8 chance of getting them though.
-
No idea what they are like about kids in. Never been an issue for me.
-
Pana score on stroke of HT. Still going out as things stand though.
-
Hoping for Seville this year as my Dad moved them from Madrid earlier this year. Flew out to Madrid to see him then onto Barca in 07. Was actually cheaper as it fooled the travel companies who hiked up the direct flights. Internal flight was literally pennies.

Anywhere along the PRW will be heaving no doubt. Avoid the Station bar outside the stadium. Told it's a tim pub through the week. Not been along for a while but the District bar always seemed good for a pre- or post-match drink.
-
Don't be daft. Feck all happens when they go out other than the rest of Europe having a jolly good laugh at their expense.
-
Whilst I was writing the above Twente scored in the third minute.
-
Pot 2 or 3. Some important ties tonight. Twente v Sporting. Sporting only managed a 0-0 draw at home. Panathinaikos v Sparta Prague Both Pana and Sporting are ranked above us atm I believe. Prague 3-1 up from the away leg. If they both go out, one more from Arsenal, Lyon and Shaktar fail and we're into pot 2. :spl:

Ferguson £1mil Adam £500k Gow £200k Emirates approx £600k Man City Friendly??? Should Celtic flop against Dinamo (or in the following round) that will net us a further £2-3mil. Would like to think that might provide us with the funds for another central defender.
-
Completely agree mate. It's like an away shirt with home shorts/socks.
-
Using Soccerbase it looks about 1 in 4 for us. Not done the sums yet though.
-
Langfield or Marshall. Alexander has been playing consistently and at a higher level than those two. It's not bias because he's a Rangers player. I would have to admit to being ignorant about his talent whilst at Ipswich. Well he's not getting a lot of exposure there.
-
Contributed more than people give him credit for. Decent player and I hope he goes on to prove it down there.
-
Would keep Smith. Only other left back. Beasley is possibly the most ineffectual player in our squad and should have been out the door long before Adam. Truly woeful for us.
-
Totally agree and season ticket holders are well within their rights to vote with their credit cards. However, the club cannot afford not to hold these money-making exercises. We struggle financially as it is.
-
Deserved based only on pre-season? I'm glad he's there but Burley couldn't pick his own nose, never mind a squad. I heard Gordon is injured. Alexander should start then surely?
-
I'm not so sure I equate this to the Cuellar situation. He may still leave, but with Cuellar it seemed like one announcement to placate the fans. Boogie has repeatedly reiterated his deisre to stay. Added to the fact that he says when he went to the premiership (to Charlton?) it was too soon and he would not make that mistake again and was happy at Rangers.
-
That's what I thought. Anyone with sky tv or Football manager could have done the same. A little disappointing. Surely it would have been better for them to pick some relatively unknown players. Delph? Bikey? The latter has already played in the EPL for fox sake.
-
And didn't look too clever getting beat at home by the mighty Sunderland. Pre-season football is all about fitness and match sharpness. Results inconsequential, though it's always nice to win. I'd say pre-season seems to be working out well for us so far.
