I didn't hear it but gather Rangers fans managed to get an apology out of RR. Whether this was aired or via email I am unsure. And also were given assurances that said bheggar is now banend from the show.

That's why I don;t understand the sky tv generation who get so caught up in how we look while we play the game. Win first and foremost, everything else is just window dressing.

Who's had the better season? Hard to say. Mendes' goal v the *******s and 2 other cracking strikes would likely see him given the nod. Especially considering Fergie's off-field antics. However their overall contributions on the games they have contested is probably pretty even.

Yes. I think he would show more urgency than Pedro if we were needing a goal and from that perspective, the longer he's on the field to do this the better. Ignoring all politics, personal feelings and other non-football related factors I think playing Fergie ahead of Mendes gives us a greater chance of victory and so he should start.

Didn;t read Ian's article there. The first 2-3 lines were a vicious assault on the player and way OTT. You'd think he's the first person to have commited such a "crime".

I like him as a player. Questionable if he would be guaranteed a regular game ahead of our current players. I really feel new signings should be imporoving the quality of our first XI. May well prove a good buy if it happened. No doubt all agent talk though. (Ps. Not read chic's link, little short of time right now.)

Nae chance unfortunately. Missed out on the team coming back at helicopter sunday as I was too busy getting leathered in the Clachan (was still a great wee pub then) and it didn't occur to me to walk the 5 mins along the road to Ibrox.
