I rarely get to the pub these days but the option not being there is pretty crap. Hopefully the shut down doesn't last too long. Pubs are struggling enough as it is and going to the boozer is one of the last remaining social activities blokes actively participate in.

There's a huge meeting about it today.

"Let me reassure the fans that we will not be found wanting in this situation.". I wish I could believe that. -

I disagree. Gerrard having a hissy fit won't change anything anyway. -

I think it's best for Gerrard to remain neutral. Let the likes of Lennon and Brown demonstrate their lack of dignity, as expected. If the title is given to Celtc, then the club should act accordingly. -

A lot of season ticket holders will be asking the same question. Bill and RangersSyntax have mentioned Force Majeure. -

I think it's a bit early to start guessing what will happen. Agreed. -

I'm not suggesting they do go into seclusion or should do. Far from it. -

There is a global situation where a lot of people will die and businesses, including football clubs, will go to the wall and folk are seriously bothered about Sky and BT? I'm genuinely baffled by that. -

Agreed. I'm hoping the bigger leagues make a null and void decision, which would make the Scottish football authorities look even more like a diddy, tin-pot set-up if they don't follow suit. Have to say, I'd feel for genuine Liverpool supporters - that would be one Hell of a boot in the baws because their lead is unassailable. Dundee United fans, on the other hand...? -

I think fairness departed Scottish football decades ago. -

I've heard similar from a couple of sources, one of whom usually has good info from higher ups at an Edinburgh club. -

Wouldn't surprise me, although I suspect clubs being relegated will be readying their legal response. -

I do to a large extent. They bought the bulk of the current starting line up. I'd keep SG on for now but mainly because I see no good alternatives. -

I think we'd be better at breaking down these brick walls if we didn't play a No.10 in a wide position, didn't spend £7m on a player who rarely provides assists, despite that being his primary role and didn't persist with a formation that the opposition can read like a book. -

I'm in a 'que sera sera' mood about it all. No point getting too excited or upset about something you have no control over. Some huge decisions will have to be made but I suspect the bigger countries, like England, Germany and Spain, as well as FIFA and UEFA, will be the ones who lead the way. If the season is delayed longer than a month, they surely can't expect all the matches to be completed and as such, it would really have to be null and void, with 2020/21 starting off as 2019/20 did.
