Given the state of our squad, I'm not sure one available sub would make much difference. Who knows why he's on the bench if he isn't ready but Clement must be doing it for a reason and I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt if it's for the benefit of Danilo.

I'm not sure what to expect. We never look like scoring more than 1 or 2, so have to hope our defence can cut out the mistakes (unlikely).

He's coming back from a terrible injury and Clement is sensibly managing him accordingly. From what I've read, he might never fully recover.

I'd hope the £4m payment for getting to the CL play-off would make a difference too - there are three scenarios (CL, EL with £4m and EL), rather than just two. We still need to get players out though, regardless.

Shankland would be a slight improvement but not who we should be looking at.

I doubt any club would be mad enough to spend anywhere near £4m on Dessers anyway. Probably just a daft rumour.

If we can get £4.2m for Dessers, we should definitely sell him and bring in a replacement.

We keep starting matches with Lawrence and Wright. Attack is the best form of defence, so the problems with the press start up front, in my opinion. But Tav has definitely lost a yard of pace.

Several players played a part in the OG. Tav didn't get over to their winger fast enough and Souttar and Propper weren't in line with each other when the cross came in, leading to the OG. He was our best defender though. Likes a tackle, reads the game well and is a good passer.

Went for Cerny because without his terrific goal, we might've been looking at three straight draws. Our inability to finish teams off is infuriating.

I read somewhere that he was training with the first team just prior to the friendly in Berlin.

He has an occasional decent shot on goal. Other than that, I'm not sure what else he does.

Lowry wasn't good enough for Hearts, so he's definitely not good enough for Rangers. The acceptance of mediocrity amongst some of our support must make Celtc winning everything easier for them, I suppose.

I'm going to get accused of Haaland bashing now, aren't I. I think I'll blame Roy Keane.

Lawrence and Dessers are quite similar in that they do some stuff okay but overall, I just don't think they're what's required in their respective positions, particularly the way Clement sets the team up.
