  1. Is John Niven a continuation of the Union Jack bus? I got on that a couple of times in the late 90s. Used to like the Spider's Web boozer (where the UJ bus departed) but it's a gentrified gin bar now.
  2. One would presume that's why they're employing experts before making a decision.
  3. I still go on my hometown supporters bus, although I moved to the capital in '98. I've had some great laughs on the bus over the years and met lots of characters (some good, some not so good).
  4. Hopefully this works out because more seats will come in handy, as things stand (pun intended).
  5. They also have more kids to pick from and generally don't seem to care much about winning cups. Additionally, the English youths seem to be more physically developed than the Scots ...I have no idea why.
  6. It's nice of them to make that so clear for us.
  7. I rarely watch interviews with footballers or managers - it's all rather generic, tick-the-box stuff. Gerrard does seem to be better at it than most but all that really matters is what happens on the pitch.
  8. John Fleck is doing quite well with Sheffield United.
  9. I think there's a thread about Scum FC transfer activity on Kerrydale Street.
  10. In all honesty, I suspect Gerrard's appointment has a lot to do with the increased viewing figures due to his status with football fans all over the world.
  11. AMS Global are "global providers of resilient, cost- effective vehicle and equipment solutions for governments and defense sector clients", according to their website. They're registered in Aberdeen.
  12. We, as a club, seem to be doing the football side of things in the correct manner. With a bit of luck and hard work, it could be a great decade for Rangers.
  13. Hopefully they head straight for high buildings but I suspect they'll just go daft on Twitter (blaming Masons, Morelos and anything else that their tiny minds can conjure up) instead.
  14. They live in a perpetual state of victimhood.
  15. Is anyone really surprised that the yahoos are up in arms about one of their own being punished for grabbing a bloke's genitalia? That lot have grown up in a culture where sexual assault is normalised and ignored.
  16. I don't think Lawwell is looking to make any deals with Rangers. ?
  17. Haggerty, Dr Stu and Michael Stewart - three (rather sinister, publicly funded) clowns.
  18. Our board could be a bit more proactive regarding the ruling bodies and the press. Our PR department are hopeless.
  19. I think Gerrard sees Flanagan as sufficient cover at left-back.
  20. Mohamed Latif played for us in 1935/36. I didn't have to look that up...honest.
  21. From what I gather, the Red Bull clubs have a good record of bringing through quality youth players, so that seems like a very commendable victory for the young Bears.
  22. It's an obvious reference to Scott Allen. I'm not sure how serious it is though.
  23. I know Chris Graham isn't popular with all Rangers fans but he always says the correct things, as far as I'm concerned. He's certainly spot on with that tweet about English. As for Jim Traynor, surely we can do better than him? PR is another issue that we, as a club and a support, don't do particularly well.
  24. I met Mr Johnston recently and he seemed like a nice chap but I suspect he and other board members don't often encounter low-level yahoos...if ever. We have far bigger problems than the 'new club' jibes (FARE's influence with UEFA and SFA officials are two that immediately spring to mind).
