  1. It's obviously the Green Brigade, who are fighting for Irish citizenship by taking the train from Coatbridge to Glasgow to spray anti-Rangers grafitti and put up silly stickers. Most sane people would think they could just get on the blower to P&O Ferries.
  2. To be expected in the modern climate. That lot think they can get away with anything and doubtless they'll get away with this. They hang effigies of Orangemen, have an IRAoke every week, put up stickers like this, demonstrate against the Poppy, sing songs about Lee Rigby and yet see themselves as freedom fighters or jolly craicsters. They are worse than scum.
  3. We should be thumping lower league teams, in my view. Re: M'Well, Fods made a save where the ball spun under him and just skimmed the post near the end of the match. Yes, we could've been 4 or 5 ahead but we weren't. I always fully back the team at the match but on forums like this I try to be honest in my assessment. We've suffered a couple of huge embarrassments with Pedro in charge, so I hope you'll excuse me some scepticism.
  4. We've played four competitive matches. A part-time team from Luxembourg put us out of Europe and Motherwell nearly scraped a draw. We won convincingly against a lower league team. I'd suggest none of this is worth much praise, although hopefully Saturday is a further step towards redemption.
  5. Hopefully Alvez kicks Stokes ten feet up in the air.
  6. Regarding the racist comment, anyone who recalls the Bobo Balde song around 15 years ago will know where that comment came from. Idiotic, to say the least but I recall quite a few singing it then. The lad has been punished, so hopefully others will learn from it (although I won't hold me breath) and we can get on with supporting Rangers .
  7. Twitter is the new pub. Drunk people post stuff online that they used to say down the pub, often not realising the potential audience whilst doing so. Best staying off social media if you're liable to say anything offensive after a few drinks. Hopefully the lad learns from his mistake and cuts out the racist crap.
  8. Hibs have much better forwards than Dunfermline or Motherwell and I'd expect them to see the full-backs as our weak spot and utilise this (a bit like Motherwell did but with more end product). We just need to make sure we take any chances that come our way.
  9. Rangers have attendances envied throughout world football. Despite the demotion and journey through the leagues, playing the likes of Annan and Brechin City, that continued. Anyone who wants to come and support the club is welcome (except Nicola Sturgeon and Tom English) but we're doing fine as we are. Can we just focus on winning our league back?
  10. Scottish sport journalists really are awful. Zero attempt to investigate or discuss on an intellectual level - instead desperate to grab a headline. I do like the way our manager handles them.
  11. I hear about it (LGBT) in the mainstream media every day. Hear about it at work every day. Even the gay guys at my work are sick of hearing about it. I prefer to have a laugh and focus on the game at the football (or on a football forum) and not have it hoist on me there too.
  12. I detest racism and always treat people as I would like to be treated myself. I work beside two gay guys and get on fine with them. But when I'm at the football I am there exclusively to support Rangers. Sexuality, diversity and inclusion don't matter - you're either a Bear or you aren't. As for people getting upset about words, it shows how utterly feminised Britain has become. I get called an old git and a Hun by younger lads and Tims at work, I couldn't care less. We're British...stiff upper lip and all that.
  13. It deletes it as soon as i try to alter any text. I'll apologise in advance for any forthcoming spelling errors.
  14. Whenever I try to edit a post, it deletes it instead?
  15. I'm nervous aboit Saturday. After the cup final debacle and considering their odious manager, I'm really hoping for a convincing win. Recent results in big matches don't fill me with confidence but Alvez and Dorrans suggest we have far more steel. 'Mon The Rangers!
  16. I'm sure all the lads at Calais will be keen to sign up to the LGBT cause.
  17. You don't have to pay it. You also don't have to own a TV set.
  18. Tierney the best in 40 years? Strachan, Sturrock, Durrant, McStay, Cooper, Souness...did he miss them?
  19. Looking at the draw, Rangers, Hibs, Aberdeen and that other lot seem the most likely semi-finalists.
  20. I had a good feeling about Morelos when he signed - hopefully he's exactly what we've needed, a consistent goalscorer. We have a tendency to get carried away after one result, so I'll wait until we've played some of the better sides before assuming he's a gem (Saturday is one such occasion).
  21. The Sun and The Daily Record are both awful publications and no one should be buying them and that's without even considering their obvious anti-Rangers agenda.
  22. Hopefully. He looks good and with Alvez beside him he will definitely get better.
  23. The signings have been good. Jack, Dorrans and Alvez all encourage me...but I have reservations. I'd say November will be a good time to judge.
  24. Hibs on Saturday is a huge match. After the losses at Ibrox to the other lot and Aberdeen, as well as our European exit, it'll take a lot more than beating Motherwell and Dunfermline to convince me. He has my backing but I worry...
