We're going round in circles here, as we discussed this last night. You seem to be saying we need to sack Beale but we can't because we might get the next appointment wrong.

There are plenty of decent managers out of work. We should be looking to replace Beale immediately and also looking to bring in a DoF as soon as possible.

All depends on circumstances. I'd hope a decent manager would improve the performances and results in the short term and put in a good challenge for the league next season. That's not unreasonable.

Beale's formation doesn't really have a midfield, so being a striker in it can't be easy.

These things are planned well in advance. They don't decide to release a new strip the night before.

I think a few of us are flying round in circles of frustration and lashing out/arguing but we all want the same thing(s). No one is saying the board is doing a great job. No one is saying Beale is doing a good job. Some quick fixes and longer term solutions are needed.

I know the board care about Rangers. I'm not so sure about Beale.
