Leaves me at times feeling totally inadequate, not a nice place to be considering I have never been there before.

Everytime we do take the game to the opposition that's when we are at our best, and that is the problem, why don't we do it all the time ? It's not as though we don't have the players, even the younger ones that come on have a more positive attitude at times.

Rangers allow players like tokely to get away with far too much, we really should put someone on taigy thugs like him and let them know we will not be bullied nor intimidated.

Yes he always had talent and quite possibly wasn't coached right, don't agree he always had a nasty thuggish side to his game,as all through his youth playing days can recall only twice when he went in to let's say take the ball and man, but as he wasn't the fastest he mistimed it and got sent off on one off those occasions. Never thought at any stage was he an average player, an average player doesn't have the vision that he's always possessed and as you alluded to earlier in your post he simply wasn't coached properly, as he certainly had the tools and arrogance to become a good football player.

Strange when you think of that, as he obviously looked at those, and other models that actually work. Could be he was working to a certain agenda set by his employers.

Murray never got to where he is/was without being a good manipulator shrewd at exploiting a given situation and a hard nosed businessman, but he got burnt big time when the financial climate came crumbling round about him. He has never had Rangers at heart but only in the last ten years has it been quite evident, some seen it earlier than others unfortunately.
