I'm sorry but hutton won't cut it at right back.

 

The guy enrages me when i watch. He seems to play in a day dream, his positioning is awful. The amount of space he seems to leave attackers is unforgivable. He loves to stroll around the park even after being beaten by a player, when some1 tracks back to cover for him.

 

Don't rate the guy. Definetly the weaknessin the starting 11.

 

Dannys right, hes average.

 

Give Fernando a chance, think hes willing to fight. Still unsure though.

Oh he WILL be willing to fight, because he has to save his career doesn't he? Just the same as he was our best player when he needed a new contract then became anonymous when he got it. I can't be bothered with the guy, the sooner he's out the door the better. Free up some wasted wages and bring in someone that will do a job for us without wanting to be a superstar.

I say stick with Hutton, he is still young and has time to improve perhaps PLG will get more out of him. The alternatives are not much better so unless we go and buy another right back Hutton should get the chance to prove himself

Agreed - can't believe Hutton is getting a bit of a hard time. He's a powerful right back who has been a stand out player against Celtic over the last few seasons when he's played. Just needs a good run of games to get back to full fitness and sharpness.

Hutton is only going to get better and I think the Scotland squad is going to be teeming with Gers players soon. Hutton, Smith, Boyd, Rae, Fergie, Burke. It's looking good.

 

Ricksen seems to prefer the midfield role now.

Stick with Hutton IMO. He needs a run of bad games before he should get dropped IMO. He didnt do anything wrong on Sunday at all.

 

Ive lost patience with Ricksen and wouldnt play him unless we had to and I havent seen Lowing.

 

As for your Gavin Rae idea! - Whats that all about??

I have never ever ever seen G Rae play on the right side of any part of the midfield, so your logic behind that one baffles me Fraser.

 

I really dont understand all the Hutton bashing thats going on. Maybe there's something in his game im not picking up on but i think he is a decent enough young player.

 

Give him a run in the team and see how he copes with that. I know he's had runs in the team in the past but it was always cut too short for my liking.

 

Id like to see PLG give him a chance, if he doesnt cut the mustard after that.... so be it.
