walter returns to rangers

Recommended Posts

Quite frankly, I think it does.

I don't think he has made any secret of the fact that right now it's his #1 priority. He's a businessman, and businessmen make money, there's no shame in that, but I remain to be convinced that this flotation is a necessity at this time.

If everything in the Rangers garden is so rosey, why does he need my money right now?

He can now offer shares at 500 pound. They may be above the head of the ordinary supporter in the future. I am not for just pointing out the possibility. The shares may also dive but I doubt it in the next few years.

Will this put any of the more worried minds at ease?

it will. I was like a feral cat with charles green - feed me all you like, but I'm not getting within arms reach. With walter on board, I'm now on my back waiting for a tummy tickle.

I trust Ally 100% in terms of his heart being in the right place, but wasn't sure if he was savvy enough to see through Green, if charlei was indeed pulling a fast one. Now with Walter on board, I can sleep easily and finally get committed.

I'm in.

So the "jobs for the boys" continues at Ibrox.

Can anyone really see Walter saying to CG "Ally's not doing the job, he needs to go"

I can't.

As has been said it does settle fans as it means Walter trusts CG so we can now, I just hope it's more a cheer leading role to get investors coming in rather than being genuine hands on at anything.

I didn't want this, but he's here so lets see what he does.

I never understood the people who didn't believe Walter about Lloyds. it was a cry cor help from one of the greatest ever rangers and some fans wanted to make out he was a liar or worse some kind of fool being duped about it by the board.

Walter did an interview on Clyde when he retired and he never missed these cretins you could tell he was deeply upsett.

Can you see him sitting in CG office saying "Ally needs to go he's not good enough"?

I trust Walter to act in the best interests of the club above all else, so yes I can see him doing that if need be. I don't however believe that Ally would stay if he thought it would be better for the club that he leave. This year we need to win division 3.
