Rangers investor urges Dave King to put his money where his mouth is

Recommended Posts

Can anyone explain why he would serve a winding up order? Was there something odd about his purchase of shares? Or is he just beeling? I don't understand much of this.

He gave Green & co 500 grand for shares at £1 per share, so when the IPO price of 70p per share was announced he wanted 30p per share back in one form or another. It was a fair demand really, especially when Laxey definitely got the difference made up to them in shares and others allegedly got money back or equivalent returns too.

The threat of a winding up order is pretty standard for people demanding money they are owed from a company.

Nothing's ever simple with our club now Zap, even investing £500k is a drama, and these fookers want DK to give them £30mil for club tie and a thank you.
