It will take more than you think to starve them out they are prepared to downsize the club once and for all they know there is no long term future in wee Scotland only the fans think we will be the way we were like the past decades we are kidding ourselves on

I'm not defending the 70 million figure by any means (nor has Wallace and co), but there's a fairly common scare line being put out that none of your money is going into the club if you buy a ST. That simply isn't true unless the board are going to stop paying our bills as I said.

Wallace defended the 70 million, did you read his 5 month review? The scare line is fact, they blew £70 million in 18 months. When all else fails, stick to what we know, the facts, and not future hypotheticals

The same people are there, making the same decisions. Wallace is just an astronomically overpaid, powerless puppet.

Obviously I missed the bit earlier in the thread where it said none of the ST money is going to the club.

Incidentally, BBC's McLaughlin and Lamont still supping Irvine/Ahmad swill. No questions asked. Sadly this is the BBC these days.

@Barcabhoy1 Hugh at the Herald. Ralston, Devlin and McCarthy, if he resists Jackson. Other than this lot? Fourth Estate is a wasteland.

What sort of threats are they to Keith? Any idea who it is? The second sounds like something Toxic would come away with but maybe not the first one.

Wouldn't be surprised if it is Traynor. The tweets seem to be about Toxic, not by him.

Always have done.

They don't only broadcast the brief given to them but do so with the slant asked for.

Prior to the AGM, Lamont actually questioned the what use it was for the ordinary Rangers shareholder/supporter to go to the AGM to vote.

McLaughlin was used and abused on the status of Naqvi/Rangers..........but he doesn't question anything and keeps going back for more.

In retrospect, he actually had a pretty fair point because the voting wasn't even remotely close enough for the votes of ordinary fans to count for anything.

Zappa, retrospect isn't the issue here.

What we had was a reporter of the publicly funded national radio station using an 'exclusive' (from Jack Irvine/RIFC) that stated the AGM vote as being a done deal and also using language that was an effort to disuade shareholders from voting/ there being any point in voting.

Irvine/RIFC were attempting to take the heat out of the situation answell as the wind out of opposition sails.

There is also the issue of corporate goverence regards the club via an agent allowing the release of such information prior to the AGM itself.

Last week we had a half-hearted attempt to put out there that the ST renewals had reached 20,000.

I believe the half-heartedness of it refects the accuracy.
