RIFC v Sports Direct: No contempt of court - injuction to be discussed in January

Well, you simply can't reason with Muirhead's cohorts and neither he nor they want to be reasoned with anyway.

Their own team yet again got humped out of Europe last night and they spend every waking hour looking into Rangers affairs. It would be good to know when any of those deluded feckers last attended a football match.

why would Grant get shit for it? He actually provided good updates from the court yesterday.

Probably because he provided good updates and didn't declare Rangers guilty despite the evidence in front of him. Still find it incredible that the judge didn't even bother to hear the defence yesterday, such was the lack of any tangible case from SD!

Despite the QC's apparent faux pas, I'm sure the loan will be repaid soon enough.

Much more interested in the confidentiality clause signatory.

Has the appearance of a communication cock up more than anything else.

Be interesting to know if something signed by a Director of one company binds the Director's of another.

My guess is they were hoping the judge would award them costs. Prising that out of Ashley would maybe take a while so they held back £500K to cover their costs. Since the judge hasn't awarded costs they'll just have to cough up now
