Rangers v Hamilton - Our mission, should we choose to accept it...

Recommended Posts

I know that Barton got MOTM but I was pleasantly surprised with how well Tavernier defended and still provided a potent force going forward.

Maybe so, yet Barton was everywhere too and spraying passes all over the place with accuracy.

As I said, we don't actually need Kranjcar at the start of games (where there will be frenzy), rather a more pacy and stronger player like O'Halloran or indeed Halliday or Holt. Today was much like Burnley revisited at the start. I would assume that as soon as Windass is fit, he will start too. Now that Waghorn is probably out for a while, I would hope that it is not Miller who gets sole consideration for that slot. Dodoo may get his chance on Tuesday and show what he can deliver. Barrie faded out of the game after about 75 mins too.

If Kranjcar stays on his feet and just ushers Crawford out of the box then there is no danger and no goal. Yes the ball should have been cut out way before that but god knows what Kranjcar was thinking about.
