If Murty has the respect of the players, which I think he has!, and you are tactically astute, which he is!, brave, which he is!, and have serious desire, which he does!, and good man manager, which he seems to be!, then why not allow him time to prove he is capable of doing the job?. I am not advocating he does get the job, however I still can't think of who I want as manager but whoever it will be it will be a start from scratch appointment and a gamble.
