Ohhh, so keepers should break the rules on penalties ? Gotcha Yes almost every keeper breaks the rules at a penalty. Referee's hardly ever blow for it unless it is really blatent. So Gotcha yourself. No, not “gotcha yourself” - the reality is that those are the rules. The fact refs don’t abide by them doesn’t make them any less valid.
