Worked miracles at Ross County, Plymouth promoted last season, likely playoff this season to get into English Championship. To get a good manager you need to pay good money, a good manager will want to have transfer money to get good players and good players want good money, or the good managers won't touch the job, it all comes down to cash! how much cash do we have?
