Firstly it doesn't matter what the amount of the share holding is. It's the fact that there is a connection at all that creates the conflict of interest. Secondly he's not a NED he's the chairman of INM succeeding Leslie Buckley . Finally the last quote relates to the body text of an article full of conjecture and supposition the very same of which they accuse Mr King of. There is very clearly a lack of analysis with regards to the information it has presented. In fact the article presents no case against anything Mr King has said, and further, it in fact supports Mr Kings assertion that there is a conflict of interest. Its not only full of holes as an argument... its absolute bollox!
