The Spring & Summer 2019 Transfer Rumours Thread

Kent will not get a place in Liverpool’s first team squad, that’s obvious hence he’s available for transfer.

No offers come in by transfer closing day, surely it would be better for Liverpool and the player for him to go on loan again at least till the next transfer window.

Kent might take a loan till January if that’s all we have on offer but what he really wants is the full season.

Liverpool have put themselves in a stupid position with only a week of the Epl transfer window left , they will either get a stupid low bid from a team like Leeds or else be stuck with a player they cant play

Yes if he’s stuck with Liverpool and nowhere near the first team, his transfer value is only going one way.

My hope is our recruitment efforts are being quietly directed elsewhere while public discussion is focussed on futile hopes of Kent re-joining.

Glenn Middleton very close to NAC Breda move. They’ve been relegated so will be challenging at the top of the second tier. Have to say that’s surely a step up from Doncaster for him.

Interesting. Maybe Pete can throw some light in the standard of the Dutch 2nd tier?
