Good to see King getting a run out. Would love to see us utilising and building on our youth like Lowry, Weston etc.

I'm up for that.  Absolute travesty that we continually ignore our youth.  Beggars  belief that kelly was sent out on loan again given the amount of spfl experience he has.

We played (most of) the second half like we should have played the first. With two major matches imminent, one might think that the strategy would have been to finish the match early, and coast in command and control for the second period, using all your available subs.

Maybe I am missing something.

Maybe, just maybe he isn't good enough?

King looks like he could play at this level but are we qualifying for the CL or winning league with our 1st choice centre halves being King and Soutar? Or a midfield of Lowry, McCann and Murray? Or with Weston in place of Alfie?

Much better in the second half after the woeful passing it across the backline stopped.  Aribo was transformed.  Fingers crossed for Thursday night.  Steven Davis rusty but his quality helped.  Good to see many of the others given a run and a good, solid performance from Borna.

I seem to remember in England someone saying you won't win anything with kids😌

Three points the order of the day, three points we got. Some really fine goals from Roofe, that`s what happens when you play to his strengths and a real striker near him. Aribo got more into it in the 2nd half, you have to grant him that, hopefully he kicks on from now and starts doing that 70+ mins, not 30+.

It was right to sub Kent who did hardly anything, a bit strange that Wright then played on the right, even with Diallo on, but they and Sakala still worked their defence tirelessly and might have got a goal or two each.

Looking at Tav`s corners and free-kicks or shots from outside the area, you wonder whether Zukowski can do any worse. It`s been some time that he tested a goalie or scored a goal not placed at the penalty spot.

King did well in defence, despite the level of opposition ... as per usual, the latter went gung-ho at the end forced a few hairy moments, so it was good that we had a neat goal advantage.

In any case, Gio utilized the subs he could rather well and we chopped and changed line ups according to them.
