And it’s not the first time this happened first half. Disjointed in possession, again dreadful in defensive transitions and generally nowhere good enough consistently through the game. Fairly obvious many of these players are talented but too many remain well off the boil. Useless in the attacking third, lots of side-passes in the middle and at the back ... dunno. Essentially, we are a man down. Far too much fancy football without penetration, that slippery surface doesn't help either. Sakala ... you see the striker in there. Bill 13,717 Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 Generally played fairly well in the first half. I felt we were controlling the game until that Aberdeen goal. That said, Tillman and Morelos have been largely anonymous. The biggest surprise has been the return to form of Glen Kamara who fitted well in midfield with Jack.
