With regards to what will actually happen, I'm not sure even Michael Beale knows, as he seems to chop and change a lot, without much reasoning.  60 minute subs will be used though, at least we can be sure of that.

Pre-planned subs can get in the bin. Nonsensical.

I don't think so either. But that's just a personal opinion and I'm not trying to give it credibility by referring to "reports".

I can remember when we played far better football on much worse pitches. It's a lame excuse.
