However id have started Miller first. He obviously showed a bit of hunger last night to do well and he could have scored.

Why were Miller and JCD starting last night - who amongst us doesn't believe that Kris Boyd should have started in preference to Miller in a home game where we needed to score goals?

If Boyd was starting in preference to anyone, it should be JCD rather than Miller, based on last night's performance.

I'd have been pleased to see Miller and Boyd. Or Miller and Novo. Or Boyd and Velicka. Or Lafferty and Boyd. Or... etc.

 

JCD and Miller just made no sense.

 

As for Miller, I'm pleased he got applauded last night when he came off as, by all accounts, he put in a good shift for us. Surely that's a good sign, particularly when so many others aren't performing anywhere near the levels that they should.

Velicka would have been the obvious choice for me. He impressed in pre season and is way ahead of everyone on fitness and sharpness.

Hadnt heard that before. Did find it interesting we started with the two of fuck knows how many strikers we have, that didnt score a single goal in pre-season friendlies!
