STARTING TO LOOK WTF1!!!!!!

Normally with a new manager you are keen to hear from them and soak up as much content as you can to get a feel for them and their plans. I am so underwhelmed by this guy's appointment I havent listened to one word from him yet. Just cant bring myself to accept this guy is manager of our team. I am just going to hope that he can deliver on the park rather than talk a good game off it. We have had too many the wrong way round in recent years. However the manager wont have even the remotest chance of success if we continue to do nothing in the transfer market. One board replaces another board, but the dithering at getting players in seems to remain constant. Training starts on Monday and he has very few players that will be part of his future plans to train. I assume those taking part in June internationals (Raskin etc) will have some additional time off so it will be even emptier than normal. Not been a good summer so far.

From another site Rangers can go straight through to UCL league phase 26/27 season if they win the 25/26 Scottish Premiership through the UCL titleholder replacement spot. Massive season ahead! 👊💙

Parkhead used to be bad for crushing, from what I can recall. I used to love places like Brockville and Firhill because if you stood next to no man's land, you could see the whites of their eyes and occasionally get whatever bit of pie that had made it through the fences right on the bonce. 😃

It's got some tough competition but I think Brockville was the most dangerous ground I was ever in. Witnessed some terrible crushing there. East End Park was awful as well. I heard a girl's leg break in a crush there and it's a noise I'll never forget. I also get nostalgic for places I visited as a teenager but in reality most were shitholes where we were treated like animals.

I had a Flamengo shirt years ago. The Badge (lettering) is very similar to our own one.

Liverpool addressing the full back issues promptly. Frimpong and Kerkez done deals. What will be interesting is to see how Liverpool mould new players, last year it was the same squad with the Chiesa addition so not much tweaking needed done. Both full backs should be starters with Andy Robertson linked with Atletico Madrid or stay as back up. Plus the big signing of Wirtz about to be done and Mark Guehi from Palace heavily linked to join as well.

I think because he initially wanted to come in the summer to get a full pre-season they have to give him a chance. But if they are not top 8 in Oct / Nov he could be out.

Brockville was a crackin' wee ground. The Falkirk stadium is one of the worst places I've been to - won't ever go back.

No winter break then ... and you wonder how many games we might play if you add CL ... nah, EL games to that list. Falkirk is back, no longer at Brockville though, which I know from late 1980s BBC World Service commentaries. We had that short Scots line "Better meddle wi' the de'il than the Bairns o' Fa'kirk" in one of our English studies seminars ages ago.

A nice quiet September with two games now if i was a player good enough to be picked for my country i would refuse and use these breaks to keep myself fit and enjoy the free time whilst the rest are out traveling to some shit pot country to play football

Man Utd excluded Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho and Antony from pre-season and squad numbers have been removed at the moment. Seems they are taking a strong stance which is good. Betis will take Antony back at the right price. Chelsea and Napoli are interested in Garnacho (Chelsea interested in Pedro from Brighton as well - how many attackers do they go after). Rashford wants Barca but they are close to Williams from Bilbao. Chelsea paying 5 million to not sign Sancho says it all - no idea where he will end up.
