I’ve got to be totally honest, I thought RM was a dud and may indeed prove me wrong, this podcast above was done maybe a month ago and is a great podcast to listen to if you have an hour or so, His main influencer is no other than Paul Lambert , He also likes to get the players to play the roles of different positions so others understand what they are going through and vice versa which ultimately brings a sense of bonding. As a young jock, I always questioned why my OC was asking do you know the person to your right and to your left what he likes to eat, family, hobbies etc. I never quite grasped it until my first deployment. Last season under clement there was a sense of that not knowing what each other wanted or how they wanted the ball to be played, I also really think Dessers will be a prime example for others in the way RM wants his team to be playing like in terms of running there socks off and hunting the opposition off and giving a good performance that reflects yourself. Like we seen with Barry there was a bond with the fans and I only hope RM brings that back to us with a team that’s worthy to play for Rangers and give us the win every game mentality. Talks so much about how he is driven and started doing his coaching badges at the age of 18, sure the last spell at Southampton didn’t go as well but like others on here I’m willing to give it a chance, no more stories I might add just a true reflection on what us Fans want to see when we see them play in our colours each week 🔴⚪️🔵NS

No they didn't, they crumpled under the pressure as we were relentless - we went unbeaten in the league, for only the 2nd time in our history, and set a record for clean sheets

I am unimpressed with the appointment and just hope it does not give the manky mob too much ammo. That said we must expect him to win the league if winning a cup and great EL runs were not good enough to keep GVB or Clement in a job.

They threw the league away as much as we won it imo, almost any manager could have taken advantage of that beautiful timplosion.
